Growing up, I was not celiac. I always loved the spaghetti factory. Now that I am celiac it is nice when a company offers gluten-free noodles. Unfortunately I woke up severely sick this morning after eating there last night. Not sure if there is cross contamination or a lack of change of gloves. Any location I have been to of this company has gotten me sick. I will not be returning to the old spaghetti factory.

Great food and the waiter was knowledgeable. FYI the broccoli is blanched in the same water as the regular pasta.

Great food, GF menu and beer. No issues.
got sick after eating here
I went for my fiancés birthday, the waitress was very knowledgeable and took great care to make sure that everything wasn't cross contaminated. It didn't make me sick, and we've gone 4 times since November. It's pricey, but the service was great.

I really like the old spaghetti factory. They have gluten-free items on a portion of their menu. Their gluten-free pasta is pretty tasty, and I like that I can have most of the sauces. A great deal for a three course meal, with the starter salad and dessert. The Decour is dark and full of large pieces of furniture and lighting fixtures. The service is good too.
They have a gluten free option for noodles. I don't know what they do in the back in the kitchen, but I was extremely sick after eating there. I have celiac and I am very sensitive. I wouldn't recommend for celiac.

I cannot express how much I love this place. It has the Tacoma historicesque to the building. Their gluten free menu is small, but I have come multiple times and absolutely love their Baked Chicken Meal. It comes with a salad and all their dressings are spectacular. You must try this dish if you can, the mizithra and romano cheese blend with the tomato base sauce on gluten free fusilli noodles and a marinated chicken piece is scrumptious. it also comes with a scoop of icecream, all for just over 10 bucks. The only reason I rated 4 stars is the restaurant isnt GiG trained so the staff and sort of unknowledgable about GF foods at times. Sometimes we have to wait but it is always a pleasant meal and dinner date with my man. :)
Love the gluten free brown butter mizithra noodles.
My meat sauce spaghetti dish was awesome
Basic, decent food. GF pasta had good texture though salad was mostly iceberg and drowning in dressing. My daughters really liked the ranch dressing though. Waitstaff was very careful and clear about GF. My celiac daughter had no problems, so we'll be back next time we're in Tacoma.
Their gf menu is pretty tasty, and I wasn't contaminated by anything sneaky. The portions weren't all that impressive for the price, especially considering the bread everyone else fills up on isn't an option.
They were very accomodating & the food was great.
When you arrive there they give you a menu. Ok that menu you can look at see there’s a place that says gluten friendly menu with a bar code to scan. It takes you to a website with the gf items. They have more than I thought they would. The food was really good too. They did say some cross contamination but I didn’t get sick.

They say gluten friendly but said they do use separate water and utensils to try and avoid cc. I hade the Alfredo it was just ok, but no reaction.
