Review of The Original Pancake House

I love the OPH and understand when going there that it’ll be a limited selection. My disappointment comes from them having many “Gluten Modified” options listed and state that these items are cooked on dedicated gluten free equipment.

I was so excited and ordered waffles. I clarified I was celiac gluten free with our server and she said “the food item itself is gluten free but cooked in the same waffle iron”. I pointed out it said it was cooked in a dedicated gluten free space” and she said that wasn’t true and there wasn’t any dedicated GF cooking areas. Be sure to check your location and what they do because the menu is a lie.
