The shack’s owners have a daughter with celiac. They have a separate GF menu. Just ask for it at the host station. They cook anything ordered gluten free on a dedicated cook station. Everything we’ve gotten is delicious. They serve breakfast and lunch, but only breakfast on Sundays.

This was one of the best breakfasts I’ve eaten since being diagnosed with Celiac. The server was VERY knowledgeable of gluten and celiac. It was a great experience.

First time eating here and everything was amazing. Husband and I both had omelets and we shared the chocolate chip pancake. YUM!

Wonderful experience! Best gluten free pancake we’ve ever had. Two kids with Celiac and had no issues eating here. Separate gluten free menu with a lot of options. We will make this a regular stop when we go to St. Louis.

Unfortunately, I have to lower my normal rating for The Shack. They used to have so many choices for gluten free but they seem to be paring down their gf menu. No peanut butter, no steak and egg breakfast, no corn tortilla for breakfast tacos. Just seems like they could have some extra items that wouldn't cost that much but would allow more options. Used to be so fun to come here. Still feel safe eating here but let's go back to more options, please. .
