Went for lunch and had plenty of options to choose from. The fish and chips were enjoyed by our 14 year old (first fish and chips since celiac diagnosis). The server asked about allergies and made sure the fish and chips plate was safe for them to eat. Would recommend!

I highly recommend the polenta bites and lamb meatball appetizers. The salads are equally delicious. We had the goat apple salad and spinach salad. Lots of gluten-free options for appetizers, salads and main entrees. Plus, two out of three desserts were gluten-free. There menu changes, but when we were there they offered gf carrot cate and a gf pistachio cookie a La mode.

I got a burger on a gluten free bun and french fries with tartar sauce and it was delicious and so high quality, as if it wasn't even gluten free. I didn't have any symptoms after eating here. My table shared a gluten free dessert as well. I can take non gluten free family here and the food is so good they don't complain or anything - and most of the menu is entirely gluten free. The Well and Table was a great experience that I honestly wish was more common.

I got the beet salad + chicken with a side of fries. I was a little nervous due to a recent reviewer who was glutened so I was a little more cautious with my order (salad). Thankfully, I didn’t get sick.

It was nice to find this hidden gem with a lot of options clearly marked GF. I had the PLT (Pork Belly, Lettuce & Tomato) Sandwich with crispy Fries it would have been nice to have a GF Beer option, but found a local dry GF Cider which was refreshing. The Ketchup & Tarter Sauce were good and appeared to be homemade. I’ll be back as there’s several tempting offerings that I must try.

I got the brisket which was delicious and marked gluten free. The waiter told me they had a celiac button when ringing things up so precautions would be taken. Unsure if he forgot to ring it up that way or if the server grabbed the wrong plate, but I had a bad gluten reaction and got very sick.

Many gf options and has a dedicated fryer. Awesome service, clean, fast service. I had the gf fish and chips. Everything is made fresh including ketchup, hot sauce and tartar sauce. Super delicious.

They have A GF menu and dedicated fryer. The chef has celiac, so they have zero issues with taking precautions. I had no reactions and my friend says his GF fish and chips were amazing. I had a burger with lettuce wrap, cooked in a separate pan, and with fries in the dedicated gf fryer. No reactions. Highly recommend for celiac, gf, or anyone. High quality food, beautiful rustic decor, good ambiance.

Waiter said fryer is still dedicated GF. Most stuff on the menu is gf and only a few are not. We tried the onion dip which came with Mary’s gone crackers; I talked them into making the croque madame sandwich on the gf bun they had for burgers (isn’t marked in the menu but they did it and it was delicious), plus fish and chips. All yummy, and no issues.
Outside seating note: They were willing to let us sit outside at the high top table area next to the bar (left of the building when facing it) even though their back “patio” area in the back wasn’t open (it’s winter and pretty cold). They don’t have heaters which is why the patio isn’t open. (Bring your own portable heater and it is great - you could even bring a heating pad and plug it into the wall out there to help stay warm.)

I used to come here, but I will never step foot in this restaurant again. The executive chef quit due to a ridiculous amount of harassment… and she is the one who made this restaurant safe for folks with celiac disease. This restaurant is no longer safe. The management and certain employees think celiac disease is a joke and that it isn’t a real condition or experience. Eat at your own risk if you have celiac disease. I’m sure the quality will go down as well even if you don’t have celiac.

Th executive chef (who has celiac) just quit. She was the only one who cared about making sure everything was actually gf. I would not take anybody there if they are concerned with safety.

Even though we selected GF dishes, cross contamination was present. Not Safe at all!

They’re knowledgeable and take precautions for those with gluten allergies or celiac disease. Overall, service was pleasant. They offer gf fried food which is always appreciated. The poutine was really good. In my opinion, the fish and chips was decent. Yet, the batter is a bit thick for my taste. The garden salad was decent as well.

Holy cow—what a gem! We went here on an impromptu date night this week and it was amazing! The chef has Celiac and really understands how to keep folks safe. Almost everything on the menu is GF, and they take serious precautions with the gluten-containing food. We ordered the polenta fries, pork belly entrée, and fish and chips. Everything was so delicious! I thought the fried fish at Ghostfish and Capitol Cider was good, but this is a whole new level, particularly with the homemade tartar sauce and grilled cabbage and fennel slaw with burnt orange dressing…I’m going to be dreaming about that for weeks! On top of that, the service was incredible—Christian was so kind, friendly, and timed our food perfectly. The chef, Emily, came out to say hi and chat with us after she was told that I had Celiac. They couldn’t have been nicer. I also love that they source so much of their food locally. We are so looking forward to coming back here soon!

While traveling back home to Seattle to visit family I stumbled upon this absolute gem. I made lunch reservations here using OpenTable and then confirmed the Covid policy along with confirming their gluten free procedures both over the phone and via email.
The staff was extremely helpful and the app allowed me to easily change my reservation number from 5 guests to 8.
The restaurant itself was tucked in the cutest shopping village. And the food was amazing. Our family that lived in the area had been there several times before and said it was one of their favorite places to go and I could totally see why. I ordered the gluten free fish and chips and they were super meaty and delicious. All this to say I highly, highly recommend this place and it will be on my list of places to return when visiting home.

This place is AMAZING!!! The head chef has celiac so she is INCREDIBLY knowledgeable. The kitchen is almost entirely gluten free and everything can be modified to be gluten free. This has become one of my favorite spots and it was so wonderful knowing for sure that I wasn’t going to be sick. I will be visiting again!

So many GF options and the owner is celiac!!
Most of the dishes are gluten free or can be made gluten free. I am also allergic to eggs and dairy and there are so many options that can be accommodated. The food, wait staff and owner are incredible. Definitely recommend!
