No gluten free wraps anymore. Had to get salad. Sad.
I got a Cuban sandwich with the GF wrap. The sandwich itself was a bit disappointing, but then again, I am Cuban and we make media noches all the time at home. The wrap though was very good!! Pliable and did not taste GF at all!! Will definitely come back, but I advise that you get a different sandwich.😉 They were very careful about cross-contamination, too.
I ate here yesterday, I loved the Asian chicken wraps before I got diagnosed with Celiac. So I decided to try it again after 6 months of being GF. I was AMAZED at the tortillas that are GF. OMG SO GOOD. I even called the manager to see if I can buy some to take home. Unfortunately you can't. They get it from a distributor that makes them strictly for Togo's. But the manager told me that if you inform the staff that you have celiac to also make sure you let a manager know, if you request new gloves, or them to clean the area before they make your food they gladly will. The only set back was when I ordered the Asian chicken wrap I told the lady I was celiac and had to be GF, well she gave me the GF wrap but didn't take out the croutons, I took it home and bit into it THANKFULLY I only had a minute amount and it only made me throw up one time (but that was later in the evening). So when I called her to let her know what she did she was very apologetic and made me a new sandwich right away.
FOOD FOR THOUGHT:
One thing I have learned, just because you have Celiac Disease doesn't mean the rest of the world automatically knows what it is. I didn't even know what it was before I got diagnosed. So you have to be patient with others that are unfamiliar. You cant give a bad rating just because one of the Employees didn't know about Gluten. Its your place as a Celiac to help others understand the importance of taking the precautions when working in a food place with a celiac as a customer.

They offer gluten free wraps which they can make into any sandwich or burrito. I have to keep reminding the lady to use fresh ingredients and changed her gloves and use fresh knifes

They change gloves, knife and cutting board when I get my gf wrap there. I have never had a problem.

Togo’s is my regular place. They do a pretty good job of avoiding cross contamination and have a separate station. I’ve never felt sick after eating there, but I’d take my caution as there are other wheat containing items
