NOT celiac safe Staff is not knowledgeable about gluten - let the waiter know I was GF/celiac and he told us the California rolls/ imitation crab was GF. Also suggested we order the Brussels sprout appetizer without sauce (since the sauce was premade with regular wheat containing soy sauce) then the Brussels sprouts were brought out with tempura crumble on top (which has gluten) They have gluten free soy sauce but that’s about it GF isn’t listed on the menu so it’s not easy to order without asking lots of questions Very little you can order that is gluten free Even after following the waiter’s advice about what was GF I ended up getting very sick

Had dinner here and was very impressed. The food is excellent and the server was very knowledgeable about what was safe or could be made gluten free. They also have gluten free soy sauce. I can’t wait to go back.

This is one of my favorite sushi places. They have a vast variety of unique sushi combinations along with more traditional flavors. As I was doing AIP diet and then transitioning to gf/df/corn free they were able to customize the dish toeet my dietary restrictions. Everything is made fresh to order. The dishes here are fabulous. I recommend there salmon and scallop rolls, yum.Prices are typical of cuisine (a bit pricey), parking can be difficult as they are located in the downtown area, and the staff are extremely knowledge, helpful, and friendly.
