Purchased stuff that claimed to be gluten free but, on the nutrition panel, stated that the food "may contain traces of wheat." Not helpful.
I love this place! They have Udi's brand bread which is a gluten free bread brand I love! I've also gotten gorillas there as well. Though it may vary upon the actual store, I do wish they had a larger variety of gluten free pastas. The one I've gotten there is okay but I've found better brands where the noodles aren't as sticky. They have a lot of organic and dairy free options as well that taste amazing when I seriously wasn't expecting it to be that good. Definitely recommended!

this chain has a flippant disregard for your safety. the items marketed to us have no quality and safety oversight for gluten contamination.

I'm not a Trader Joe's groupie (I don't get it 🤷) but they do have some good gluten free goodies. I don't go here for regular grocery shopping because they don't have a ton of gf options. I usually go here once or twice a year to get gifts for my family who don't have access to a TJs. There are, however, two things I ALWAYS get for myself while I'm there...their little rice crackers 🤤 and gf arare which I haven't found anywhere else! Both totally worth a visit to TJs 🙌

I really like Trader Joe’s GF English muffins. We use them for egg sandwiches and prefer them to hamburger buns. Good tomato soup and rice crackers. They also have really good fresh big GF cookies in bread section. True they do have other GF items in different parts of store.
I like a lot of their products and they are great about labeling products that are gluten free. It's important to note though that their oats are not celiac safe. I have celiac and stay away from their products that contain oats, even if they are labeled gluten free.
