Trio used to have a few Celiac safe options. Unfortunately this is not the case anymore. There is new management running the restaurant and nothing is safe nor do they have any idea what gluten is.

Went here once, it was great. Everything very clearly marked GF on the menu. Went again, confirmed my dish was GF with the waiter. Got SO sick. Emailed the restaurant, told them they needed to check ingredients. Got an email back confirming everything I had ordered was GF. 3 days later received another email that actually the noodles they were getting from their supplier were not gluten free anymore. No sorry, no offer for a gift card or anything. Would never recommend to anyone and will never return.
Had positive success here, the waiter did seem to poke fun at gluten free and celiac more than he needed to but i am confident the point got across when i requested the manager, who assured me it's a scratch kitchen that's cleaned constantly. Food was fantastic so I'm not sure it's entirely sure I should knock them for what appeared to be a isolated opinion.
Completely gluten free friendly. Spectacular food, service and drinks. What a gem!
