Very sweet and well educated staff. Tons of gluten free options and the stuff that isn’t labeled gluten free can often be adjusted to be gluten free. Food was good, pizza was a little under cooked but the toppings were perfect. Classic mainstream cauliflower crust. Lasagna has gluten free noodles. Very low carb meal options if you’re into that sorta thing. Great experience
