My husband has Celíac, we've ate here a few times during the past few months and so far he hasn't had any issues with his GF orders.

We came here for brunch. The gluten free options were limited but clearly marked. Our waitress was very helpful in communicating with the kitchen for clarification (the potato dish I wanted to order was not marked gluten free due to CC potential as opposed to actually containing gluten). She even brought me a side of GF toast when she brought my husband a plate of biscuits so that I could enjoy the blueberry jam and Tupelo honey as well). I would definitely come again if I’m ever in the area.
Yes
Gluten free options are limited, but are clearly marked on the menu. It's worth a go - staff is always very friendly.
I ordered gluten free duck at Tupelo Honey in Knoxville and it was ok. We sat by the food staging area and saw that my meal was sitting there for 10 minutes before my wife's meal was completed. They served them together, but mine was cold. The wait staff did not serve us all of our sides and the additional side that I ordered was delivered to our table long after we had finished eating. The manager did take the late side off of our bill though.

Delicious GF sandwiches! Staff is Celiac aware.

I've been glutened every time I eat here. Even After explaining I have celiac and I'm very sensitive, it always happens. I think they cook their gf bread on the same surface as the regular bread....
No
I used to love Tupelo Honeys but the gluten free menu has been severely cut back since it flooded. The staff was nice but I dont ever care to go back again.

Great cheese grits!
Repeatedly "glutenized" here. One waitress advised me that I should "ration out" my gluten intake. My experience here has been completely unacceptable.
Amazing sandwiches. Great tomato soup!!!
I got the veggie melt and cheese grits. Amazing! Can't wait to go back. :)

Menu has changed! We used to come here semi-regularly but hadn't been for a while. There were only a few gf options, no gf bread option, and even things like a vegetable omelet weren't safe. The waiter even said they weren't allergy friendly anymore. Sad!

The food here was super delicious…all sauces and meals are made in-house and fresh. GF items are listed on the menu. Not a lot of GF specific items…but because everything is made fresh and in-house, they are able to re-make items to accommodate allergies. I had the Grilled chicken BLT…and they were able to make it GF…they even have GF bread for sandwhiches. They do not have a dedicated fryer…so fried foods are out. I would definately go back.

I had the shrimp and grits which was excellent. They have menu items marked gf, which are limited, and they also carry gluten free bread. But the shrimp and grits were probably the best I’ve had. Not spicy but full of flavor, made fresh to order. Yummy.

Lovely place, but they don’t have a gluten free menu. In fact, they have only a few items that are GF. We didn’t stay to eat.
