Things are listed as gluten free but it seems like the recipes have changed recently and now they aren’t actually gf anymore. I got the plantain chips with my Cuban sandwich and they had some sort of flour coating on it. Got sick from it :( I’ve had these before and had no issue so it’s a recent change.

The fryer is shared so if you’re celiac, avoid all things fried. We tried the steak, chicken and pork dishes and while all were good - we tended to agree with the Yelp reviews where the flavor was lacking - especially for the price. Three of us are celiac and all feel good so definitely 5 stars there but took one star off as we were underwhelmed with the overall meal.

The food is excellent. The drinks are really good, and the service is attentive. We've been twice and it's been consistently great. We will definitely return.

Plenty of options, great food and service.

Not a full GF menu but plenty of choices. The food is great but the Cuban Flan is the best I've ever eaten.
Next to Hugo's in Redmond this is one of the best choices for an almost entirely gf menu. 35 menu options, 22 of which are gf, with gf bread available on the six sandwiches...bringing it to a grand total of 28 choices! Amazing atmosphere and super friendly service.

Great food, hadn't had a Cuban pork sandwich for a year. This place has plenty of marked items GF on the menu. Udis GF bread on the sandwich worked great. Yummy corn fritters with garlic aoli dip.Service was very friendly and attentive. Prices moderate.Used to be the Twisted Sandwich shop
