Review
The gluten free bread was very good. 10/10 sandwich and I didn’t get sick. Seems to be the same prep area but they did change gloves. I don’t have celiac so I’m not super sensitive.

Union sandwich co has the best gluten free rolls ever. I was worried that my sandwich wasn’t gluten free bc it was delicious, but it was. So fresh and the bread had the consistency of a real sandwich roll. Run, don’t walk to this place!!
