They asked me if it was an allergy, so I said yes and they took precautions and put it on the receipt also. You can watch them make your food. It was tasty but expensive.

Dining in airports can be pretty difficult with limited safe options. I was worried I'd be stuck with Cheetos as dinner, but I found Vessel Kitchen. Almost every item on the menu is gluten-free unless specifically marked otherwise. The food was absolutely delicious.

I am Celiac/Gluten Free so eating in airports is always difficult, but not with Vessel! They only have about 4 items on the menu that DO have gluten. Staff was very nice and washed her hands and put on new gloves before making my order.

I’ve eaten at several Vessel Kitchens and they always do a great job of keeping you safe. Many options to choose from. Don’t eat any food with a “g” label that means it contains gluten. You can watch all your food being prepared.
