My daughter got hibachi with steamed rice, shrimp and chicken. She is 2, so the price didn't add up to what she would actually eat in one sitting, but we had leftovers for days. We let the server know she had Celiac and verified that they would make her food on their separate grill without gluten CC. My daughter did not get sick and really enjoyed the food.

There was very little understanding from one of the servers what exactly was gluten free or not. When asking about gluten free soy sauce, the server did not seem to know what that was. Very little gluten free menu help either besides sushi. Bring your own soy sauce if you go here. This all might have just been bad luck on my part having experienced this, but even if it's a one time occurrence, I feel like there's too much of a chance for there to be no understanding at all when going here.

Good understanding of gluten. Cooked my meal in the kitchen.

No gluten-free menu, they said they had a dedicated cooking space in the back, they brought out a regular soy sauce bottle that had been refilled with gluten-free soy sauce or so they said. The waiter didn't know that gluten-free, celiac, or gluten/wheat allergy was an allergy even when we said it was. I ordered lunch hibachi filet mignon and shrimp that was cooked in the kitchen. After eating it I immediately started to not feel great. I would not be confident eating here again.

I had GF chicken fried rice, and it was very good! I’m not celiac, but they made my food in the back and not on the hibachi grill.
