The food here is delicious. They have a separate gluten free menu, and everything is prepared separately, paying close attention to avoid cross contamination. The staff is knowledgeable, they know the difference between intolerance, allergy and coeliac disease.

Had Rice and Curry chicken, ramen soup and shrimps. Food was good, not many gf options, they have allergy procedures, manager taking order. Felt safe, had no bad reactions, felt good so assume it was well cared for cross contamination

I’ve gone here twice. The first time I got ramen and the second time I got the Shu’s ‘shiok’ chicken. The ramen was pretty bland but the shiok chicken was fantastic!!! The manager took good care and personally asked for my order. They have a separate menu so make sure to ask for it. Pretty darn good! Didn’t get sick and I’m pretty sensitive. I would 10/10 recommend.

There is a separate gf menu that has a decent selection of items, including desserts. The manager took our order and they seem to take allergies really seriously. Very easy to eat here and the food was good.

As soon as I said the words Gluten and Lactose free I was told the manager would personally deal with my order. I was given a Gluten and Vegan menu and the manager arrived arrived very quickly and talked me through my options. He confirmed that they ingrediants are indeed Gluten free, but some it Ms are bought in and although they say they are gluten free they cannot give a 100% guarantee. I was astounded by his honesty. I wished up my options, the company has gone to great trouble with this menu and I certainly grant seen reports of illness caused by their food. I opted for Pad Thia Chicken and Prawn with rice noodles. And a blackberry drink. The food was cooked by using clean pans and utensils. It tasted better than I imagined. Very well done WAGAMAMA.

Hip Asian fusion. They have a GF menu but can modify many of the other dishes. A manager must take the order if it is allergen specific. Manager brought out the documentation they use for these modifications. Very impressive. He told me the most senior cook will prepare my meal.

The server took great care to ask if my gluten was a preference or allergy. She said she will take note for the kitchen to clean up when preparing the meal to reduce cross contamination. The meal was tasty and fresh. Green tea is free.
