I love WesBurger because they somehow have the best gluten free bun in all of the Bay Area in my opinion. It’s fluffy, it has poppy seeds on top so it’s easily identifiable, it doesn’t crumble, idk where they came from but WeBurger has my heart for that alone.

As far as fries, first they only have tots. I have called to ask (only eaten here on DoorDash) and they have said, their tots are GF, their cheese sauce is GF (it’s really good lol), and they don’t fry everything together. But it must have been a year or two since I called and I’m gonna say here, probably worth a call to reassure if it’s important to you. Usually when I go in person I ask every time for full confidence but I only asked once a long time ago on the phone.

That said, I usually eat the Ron burger, tots, cheese sauce on the side and feel fine. But I don’t seem to react in every shared fryer scenario. But also also I know they make fried chicken here so that’s why I am writing this very explicit cautionary statement.

Worth trying for the bun even if the tots don’t work out!
