— Not Much/None

They have a clean prep area and are aware of preparing gluten free food. They use a fresh pan for each item they prepare. I had fried rice and they provided gluten free soy sauce. You could probably ask them to prepare the food with it as well. Solid spot if you are flying out of Frankfurt. It’s pre-security so keep that in mind

I’m a sensitive celiac and was told the fried rice would be the best and safest option for me. I ordered the chicken fried rice. It was a huge portion, delicious, and I had no side effects. They also had gluten free soy sauce!
