Excellent food and they really take gluten free very seriously.

Pizza was delicious. We were asked about allegories when we walked in and they put a marker on our table that we had an allergy. When the waiter came over he immediately asked about the gluten allergy. Food came out with a sticker on the plate.

Very nice and trained staff. Everything is gluten-free except the Pizza base, but they are simply swapped out. Everything is prepared separately! I will gladly come again!

Had a wonderful experience dining here. They have gluten free menu items but most importantly, they have an employee who understands guests with Celiac disease needs. He acted like a counselor helping me decide which item would be best for my dinner. I highly recommend!!!!

I had a great experience at Zizzis! The staff war very knowledgable and friendly. The glutenfree pasta was marked as glutenfree and very delicious. The glutenfree brownie also was very, very good. The waiter asked at the beginning if we had any allergies. You have to scan a qr-code, than you can choose glutenfree options. There are over 50 different glutenfree dishes.

Really great experience at Zizzi's!
If you have an allergy, you can open the menu online and by ticking a box you only see the gluten free food on the menu. There is also the possibility to manage your order and the payment directly on your phone.
Foodwise, there are a lot of gluten free options like different Pizza, Pasta or Chocolate Brownies. The plates of the gluten free food are marked with stickers, so there is no risk of confusion. The Pizza as well as the Pasta tastes really great and there are no extra costs.
Definitely worth a visit!

My husband and I went here for lunch and after some initial confusion about how to order — if you have an allergy you order via an app or an allergy manager — we both ordered pizzas. Mine was GF, his was gluten-ful. Our food arrived quickly and mine was marked with a non-gluten sticker. It was delicious! Husband also enjoyed his meal. It’s been several hours and I haven’t been sick, so I think it’s safe to recommend!

Absolutely incredible! I went to another location a couple of weeks ago and now I had to come back to Zizzis for my 1 night in London. Amazing service, very knowledgeable about allergies and give allergen guide as well as being able to order GF through QR code for the piece of mind to see that it’s definitely gf. Both times I had the bolognaise which was the best pasta I’ve ever had in my entire life. They also do appetiser pasta crisps complimentary which are Gf which are super yum too. I then got salted caramel brownie with vegan ice cream and it was the Bret brownie I’ve ever had. They also had so much more on the menu pizza risotto many pastas and aranchini balls! I don’t love London but flying into Europe from Australia I would happily stop over in London just to go to this chain.

I got the three course with the shrimp pasta, brownie, and the Caprese Salad. It was all very good. All the food came out with a non gluten sticker on the plate. The service was good!

I had calamari which was good and then mushroom risotto which was meh. My husband had a really great salad with oil and balsamic glaze which was great.

Gluten free safe but the food was pretty subpar. Gluten free pizza was soggy and oily.

They don’t like to work so they try to make you order through an app that isn’t user friendly, and even though the place was empty. That said, the gluten free options are more extensive than many chains.

I’ve been to this zizzis multiple times and have never had a reaction and have always been more than satisfied with the food. You can get dedicated gf menu online but not physically which works for me. Most of the menu can be made gluten free and is always delicious.

They were very accommodating, the manager asked me to scan the QR code on the menu which would take me to the designated GF menu. There is a bottle put on your table that said ALLERGY and then the server asks what the allergen is too and it then becomes highlighted on their screen whenever anyone serves the table. My food came out with a gluten free sticker on it. They were very good although the pizza was a bit cold and burnt but I put that down to it being a Saturday night

Was okay for gluten free but not the best. No dedicated menu and had to read through a very awkward and complicated chart for products with gluten in. Had a pasta dish however pasta was very under done.
