We came in before the Frozen show (2 min walk, also close to the Lion’s king theatre), and had lunch with the kids. There is a big variety of dishes that are gluten free, including pizza, pasta and deserts. The staff is very well familiar with allergens in dishes. We had a great time, and also ordered in at another time via deliveroo.

I ordered the non-gluten chorizo carbonara and non-gluten salted caramel chocolate brownie. The food tasted delicious and there were lots of options on the gluten free menu. Good service and gf food marked clearly with yellow stickers.

Pizza was ok, it arrived at our hotel it was freezing cold... what can I say... also they should tag which is gluten free and which isn't on the pizza box.

For a chain, the food and service was excellent. My gluten free polpette pizza was perfect (they had run out of dough at 5pm on a Sat and graciously got some from a nearby Zizzis - what great service). Not gluten pizza was said to be great, as were appetisers and desserts. A lot of gluten free options to choose from!

Their gluten free margherita pizza was phenomenal. I wanted to bring some crust back to America and send it to a laboratory so we could figure out how they get such an amazing texture.
Gluten free safe but the food was pretty subpar. Gluten free pizza was soggy and oily.

They don’t like to work so they try to make you order through an app that isn’t user friendly, and even though the place was empty. That said, the gluten free options are more extensive than many chains.

I’ve been to this zizzis multiple times and have never had a reaction and have always been more than satisfied with the food. You can get dedicated gf menu online but not physically which works for me. Most of the menu can be made gluten free and is always delicious.

They were very accommodating, the manager asked me to scan the QR code on the menu which would take me to the designated GF menu. There is a bottle put on your table that said ALLERGY and then the server asks what the allergen is too and it then becomes highlighted on their screen whenever anyone serves the table. My food came out with a gluten free sticker on it. They were very good although the pizza was a bit cold and burnt but I put that down to it being a Saturday night

Was okay for gluten free but not the best. No dedicated menu and had to read through a very awkward and complicated chart for products with gluten in. Had a pasta dish however pasta was very under done.
