Very happy they have a dedicated GF space and oven. Fewer ingredients on a pizza is better. Meatballs were awesome. Chicken wings are fantastic as well. I have heard the stuffed shells and artichoke dip are both good, but haven't tried them, yet. Online ordering is super easy and let's you know exactly what can be GF.

We had an amazing time - the food and environment are top notch. They have so many options and are so conscientious about gluten. They bake pizza on its own tray at the top of the oven to prevent cross contamination, and are very flexible about changing out ingredients to make it work for you. While it’s not a dedicated kitchen, they take care to keep you from getting sick. Mocktails are great too!

Pizza Luce has an exceptional variety of pizzas, appetizers, wings, and seasonal desserts that are gluten free, and the kitchen takes great care in their preperation. They did once put wheat-bread in my delivery order, and if I hadn't been a regular I wouldn't have known better/wouldn't have called to check-- the gluten free bread is like a soft hamburger bun while the wheat bread is crusty. The manager apologized, offered to send another delivery person out to give me new bread (I did not accept this since it seemed excessive but it was endearing), refunded me for the entire cost of the appetizer, and spoke to the new employee who made the error. Despite the scare I still feel comfortable ordering there because it's clear they take safety seriously, but it is worth noting that somewhere in the order assembly process there's a chance for a mixup.

I have eaten at Pizza Luce on multiple occasions and will keep returning! The pizza topping range from classic (cheese, pepperoni, supreme) to interesting. The gluten free pizza comes in one size. You are also able to get most classic or specialty toppings so you don't have to miss out on flavor and fun! I have eaten at the restaurant and takeout with no issues in regards to my allergies. Staff seemed knowledgeable and they take reasonable precautions when you mention (or even just order) gluten free.

They have some great gluten free pizza! My favorite though, is the artichoke dip as an appetizer. The gluten free bread that comes with is the best I’ve ever had! The veggie meatballs are also great!

Tasty pizza but I got a reaction all 3 times I’ve eaten here this past summer. Currently typing this up at 3am dealing with some symptoms. I don’t think this is a very safe celiac place. I think that, with flour being able to get everywhere, it is really hard to not cross contaminate. Good pizza, but I’m way too sensitive to eat here.

Almost all menu items besides the sandwiches can be made gluten free or are gluten free. I got the classic pizza on gluten free crust and it was very delicious! They even have a gluten free option for dessert (a brownie). Almost all pizzas can be made with a gluten free crust and they have gluten free pasta with meatballs! Pizza comes out with a different colored handle indicating an allergy! Great selection of gluten free options and delicious food! Would eat here again.

First time eating out at a gluten-y restaurant in years and I didn’t get sick! They cook the gluten free pizzas in the same oven as the gluten ones, just on parchment paper. I would not consider this a “dedicated kitchen space”. Menu said the gluten free crust comes from a local gluten free bakery. Waiter knew what Celiac was and receipt came marked as “Celiac Allergy”. Would eat here again, but do understand there is a risk with the shared kitchen space.

I’ve ordered pizza for delivery from here twice and so far I haven’t been disappointed. The GF crust is very good. It doesn’t taste like it’s missing what a glutinous crust has. And, from what I’ve seen on the menu, any of their pizza flavors can be ordered with a GF crust. The only piece of criticism I have is I wish the GF crusts had sizes other than 10”, but honestly, 10” can feed me and my partner adequately. I haven’t gotten sick either time I’ve ordered from here. Also, my deliveries also show up faster than anticipated—that’s a bonus! I love Pizza Luce. They will always have my business as long as they keep this up.

We had a great experience here! You can order in or to go (we did to go) and the menu clearly specified what is gluten free. Every single pizza can be made gluten free from what I saw! Pizza is a decent size, could serve 2 averagely hungry eaters, for roughly $20. We ordered the bear one (5 meats) and it was really good, maybe could’ve done with a bit more sauce but otherwise really enjoyed! Crust wasn’t horribly thin and tasted very good. We were surprised because they offered us a free gluten free pizza (identical to the one we ordered) that had been ordered 30 minutes ago and never picked up, so we got 2 for the price of one! Great place and definitely want to try again some day when I travel through Duluth because there were so many good looking flavours.

Hit or miss with safety. Salads, GF shells and cheese seem safe. Pizza I'm not sure about. I've had a reaction to the Pizza there. I had the baked potato Pizza and the butternut squash pizza (both had bacon) and later I found out that the bacon was cooked in a shared frier even though I told them I was celiac. It seems like safety is dependant on the server and how much the do or not know.

Just traveling through town and omg... This meal was so delicious that it's unfair that I have to go home to Canada and eat cardboard... lol. My daughter has a wheat allergy. My husband just recently found out he has a wheat allergy! We have eaten here before when we were in Bloomington. We came back because we remember the great food and what allergy awareness. We will be back if we are ever in town again!
