I get so excited to be able to eat a pankcake! Got one gluten free blueberry pancake (theyre pretty big) and a side of bacon. Delish! Menu isn't marked, but I asked the waitress. Most things have a gluten free option. Wish I had a Snooze back home.

They can make almost anything on the menu gluten free and cook it on a separate surface. The staff was very knowledgeable! Wonderful place for brunch!

Landed in Mesa and before heading north, we stopped in for brunch. I have celiac and they had separate prep/toaster. My corned beef hash and eggs with gf toast was awesome. Non-gf hubby enjoyed his french toast. Wish we had a Snooze in Michigan.

Fantastic experience! All pancakes (or almost all) can be made gluten free, as well as all Benedicts and sandwiches. I ordered the blueberry danish pancakes and they were amazing! The app even has an option to mark your allergies. We will definitely come back!

DO NOT EAT HERE! horrible service and the waitress brought out my gf pancakes with a gluten pancake and said she would just “take it off the plate” I asked her to remake it and she was not accommodating. My food then took 25 minutes to come back out. The waitress never apologized, very frustrating as someone with celiac

Snooze was excellent. Their staff knew about gf items or how to modify them to make them gluten free. Great breakfast with many options to choose from. This is for gluten sensitive or intolerant. Celiacs order at your own risk for cross contamination.

Server knew about gluten allergies. No GF menu but they can make about anything GF except the loco moco, crab cake eggs Benedict, and one of the pancakes. Latte was delicious. Service was a little slow. I ordered the monte cristo and it was not exactly as described probably due to the GF bread. Didn’t get sick.

I ordered the Signature Pancake Flight and it was wonderful. You can choose the 3 flavors you prefer and it was plenty of food. All but 2 menu items can be made GF. Neat place as well, enjoyed outside sitting. Definitely give this a try. A little pricey but food was great.

This place is so good and offers so many GF options. Our party had a pancake, omelet, ham Benedict, toast, hashbrowns… all GF. The food comes out with a little stick in it that says gluten free. They seemed very knowledgeable. There is always a long wait, so get online and jump on the waitlist.

I’ve been here several times now and have dined at Snooze in Colorado and throughout Texas. I second guess pancakes here all the time so I don’t get them, unfortunately. There seems to be a lack of consistency in knowledge about gluten here. I’ve seen them either “forget the stick” or have to take something back. The service is either amazing or not great. Drinks are inconsistent as well. Coffee is always great!

Such an amazing place, definitely one of the best brunch spots in Las Vegas. I got the sweet potato bacon smash and GF pancake flight (OMG French toast, blueberry, and strawberry). The server asked if it was preference or allergy (for cross contamination). Both were delicious and worth ordering again. The GF flight was slightly dry, but I am accustomed to regular pancakes/breads. My partner for the shrimp and grits, sooo good. The ambiance and staff are phenomenal as well.

I have been to this location numerous of times and have never gotten sick. A majority of the menu can be modified to be GF. I have only ever gotten the pancakes & every time they mark it with a “gluten free” flag. When I went yesterday the food runner brought out our plates & they weren’t flagged so we immediately asked if they were GF (they were not) so they had to make our order again.

If you get a good server, then you have it made here. I have many items on the menu and it has all been fantastic. There are many options, including pancakes and toast for gf. It is usually very busy on the weekends. I suggest going at a slower time. I have had them make mistakes before so you must be clear when you’re ordering that you are celiac or allergic to gluten. With that being said, the mistakes have always been taken care of right away. I have never been sick from eating here. Just make sure you feel your server is knowledgable and aware of what goes on the kitchen. You will be able to tell. Always if you question safety ask for the manager. They are great there.

I’m not sure if I was glutened or not but I ordered the pancakes and asked if the “gluten friendly” batter would be safe for people with celiac and they said yes. I ate them and then about two hours later was violently throwing up. I’ve never had that kind of reaction since being diagnosed but have also never eaten gluten that I know of. I could also just have been car sick (but I’ve never thrown up before from the car), it’s now day 2 and I’m immensely bloated. Still not sure if it was the pancakes or something else. So I would just say proceed with caution!
Celiac here. I ordered the gf upside down pineapple pancakes. They gave me the non-gf batter, but it came with the gf stick saying I was good to go! My entire afternoon was taken from me. Do not recommend.

I normally don’t get sweets for breakfast, but after seeing all of pancakes (with the exception of the vegan) can be made GF I had to try one! I was not disappointed in the least! The rest of my family did not eat gluten free but they reported their food was amazing.

Snooze is a GF staple, but the Huntington Beach location (new ish as of this posting) is awesome. I have eaten at this location twice, felt confident, and did not get sick. The servers are friendly and will answer any questions. Even with modifications, they made sure to let me know what was not GF and what is GF. The pancakes are incredible and I treat it like a dessert to the egg dishes. If you’re looking for a flavorful breakfast experience, this is the place for you. Last time my pancake even came out with an allergy stick, which I love — because it does look “too good” to be gluten free. I even know someone who works there and she told me they are even consistent with wiping down the menus, which is such a bonus!

Ate here twice and good experience both times. Had an omelet and had browns one day and the GF pancake flight the other day. I was nervous given some of the reviews but did it anyway. They were delicious. No reaction. Came out with a little GF flag on them. It's a shared kitchen of course but seemed to have the same risks as any restaurant.

Wow. If gluten hates you find this restaurant pronto. Snooze puts FUN back into breakfast for the GF. The loaded French Toast and Pancake Flyer became our first course following by a variety of Eggs Benedict. If you don’t try the unique flavors of hollandaise sauces you have missed their very best in class. In other words, skip the snooze button for SNOOZE.

The website showed a good amount of options to choose from. The server didn't seem very confident in options when I asked for confirmation on what was safe, so it made us a bit nervous. Food did come out with an allergy marker and my Celiac daughter seemed ok, no strong reaction, but she also seems to handle a small amount of cross contamination ok, so those more sensitive might not have a great experience. The food itself was pretty mediocre. Service was incredibly slow. Overall was a bit disappointed.

Was assured that everything was GF and staff seemed knowledgeable. Had the worst reaction I’ve had since moving to Nashville, so serious I was convinced I was given glutinous pancakes rather than it just being cross contamination. Got offered a free meal, ha! As if I would come back to cash that in! GF, yes you can eat here. Celiac, absoloutely not.

LOVED THIS PLACE! Everything except 2 things on menu can be made GF. Pancakes were DELICIOUS. We were assured the kitchen was excellent about food allergies. But they can’t make any of their GF pancakes dairy free. And their DF pancakes cannot be made GF. So we had the same thing here we would get other places - eggs, potatoes, meat. It took an hour and 15 min to get our food. Then my daughter’s meal came out covered in cheese and had to be remade. The server was great, but the kitchen was evidently not. I will not return here and don’t recommend it if you have more than one allergy (and two hours for breakfast).

Fun place for brunch with friends. It has a retro decor and fun coffee mugs. Their pancakes are HUGE! Hash browns come as a formed patty (kinda like a burger?) with crispy outsides and soft center. I unfortunately got pretty sick eating here. Yes most of the food is gluten free but according to some of the reviews here it seems like things are prepped on shared surfaces. I think I got a little unlucky with my waitress too as she was pretty dismissive of my celiac questions but most people seem to have a better experience. Ate the crab and asparagus omelette so assumed I was making a decently safe choice anyways but not doubt wound up sick in the end from it somehow. All in all, it seems like they probably do what they can but it’s a busy place with ample opportunity for cross contamination and I don’t think I’ll be returning
