Awesome! Very nice and knowledgeable staff! Great experience, all foods were fresh and separated correctly.
— Yes, the establishment is dedicated gluten-free
— Excellent
After reading reviews on this site, I was really looking forward to pizza but not ONE employee here could give me a straight answer on their menu and they did not have an allergy menu available. This is why Celicas get sick!
— Not at all
— No gluten-free information on the menu
— Not Much
— Poor
Staff knew what Celiacs was and I watched as they made the pie on the other side of the prep station, cooked it separately, changed the slicer and gloves and then delivered it separately as well.
Yes
I was ok eating there and I get very sick with any dairy, gluten and soy. I will definitely go back!
GF pizza crust. They changed gloves upon request. They use a separate sauce and utensil. They mentioned several times it was an allergy to the staff. They say they use a separate cooking area but it’s hard to tell if there is separation in the oven. I would go back again.
The staff was great and asked about my celiac to make sure they made the pizza completely separate from any other food. The gluten free pizza was the best.

Absolutely the best gluten free pizza I have ever had.
They were very careful once I told them my daughter has Celiac Disease. Have a separate place they prepare it. We ate there twice & she didn’t get sick.

Loved my visit! Owner was helpful with suggestions for my pizza. Couldn’t do chicken but other toppings I wanted were fine. Tasted good, no issues. I even got gelato for dessert! I’m extremely satisfied!
Delious and knowledgeable.love .
Yes
Great pizza and very knowledgeable about gluten free.
Yes
I eat here often. The food taste great, prices are great compared to other competitors with gluten free options. It has never bothered or hurt me. I’m immediately affected when exposed to gluten. With so few options thank you red brick for being so meticulous and allowing me to enjoy pizza again.
Yes
Great gluten free pizza! They even have gluten free sauce. It is however cooked in the same oven as the regular pizza, but on its own slab so that it's not touching anything else. The dough is all organic which I love, and the staff is very helpful.
Yes
This place is very accommodating with delicious gluten free pizzas. Had the bacon cheeseburger pizza and they always do a great job! Very tasty! Highly recommend! Never had any repercussions afterwards.
Yes
staff was sweet , knowledgeable and very helpful! it was our first time but we will be back! very good! thank you!!
Yes
wow!! absolutely amazing pizza at a great price. first gluten free pizza take out that has been affordable and completely safe. have ordered many, many times with no issues!
Yes
We've been in several times over the years...the pizza is ok....it seems to have lost some of it's quality in the last few years. The store was DIRTY last time we were in, I mean filthy!!! Didn't get part of our order because they were too busy horsing around I guess. Took forever to get our food and several tables that ordered after us received their food first. I would say there are better options, but PCB really doesn't have any great pizza unfortunately! :(
Pizza delicious, but only 1 dedicated celiac pizza stone, so it takes 15 min per pizza. If you have many in your GF group, maybe try the Mellow Mushroom. The pizza was wonderful though!!
Yes
Awesome food and service. All separate prep and tools. Definitely recommend for celiac.
Yes
Yummy! Will gladly go back, it's good pizza and I won't get sick. They have a separate section of the oven and different utensils to use for gf. They prepare the pizza in the back, separate from the normal pizzas. They even had a gf cookie and gf adult beverages (cider and wine).
Yes
The pizza was great and fast!
This place was amazing. Best GF pizza I've ever had! My husband is not GF, and he even said it was the best pizza he's ever had. Will definitely return. Was refreshing to not get sick after eating out.
If I could give a 0 I would! I witnessed them cross contaminate with the wrong cutter and then put it in the same dish as the gluten free pizza cutter. THEN when I mentioned it they gave me an attitude and denied it. We called corporate and they said they would fix it with training. We went back again and they did it AGAIN!!!!! The celiac disease foundation contacted them to offer new training and they ignored their call and after months of trying to rectify it they find ally had their lawyers send a letter saying to remove the gluten free celiac disease foundation sign off their website and store. DON'T EAT HERE!

Great toppings. GF crust is a bit mushy in the middle, but it'll do. They offer GF beer and gelato, too, which is a nice touch. The service, though... Don't go hungry or in a hurry. This place is for a leisurely lunch or dinner only, they're slow as molasses in January.
Such tasty gluten free pizza crust and toppings! We loved the prosciutto, arugula and mushroom pizza, margherita and pepperoni pizzas. Good atmosphere, good prices and great food!
If every restaurant made eating out gluten free those with celiac would enjoy care free dining again. The most excellent care and well trained on the gluten free cross contamination aspects. I called the order in and Eden made the ordering worry free. The pizza was delicious. Just order with extra time and order extra, as the gf pies are small/4 slices, but very, very delicious. Eden, you my dear are a class act and the absolute best!

They no longer have gluten free options. Very disappointing.
Yes
amazing staff. asked if gluten free was for allergy or preference and told me they would make it in the back away from everything. also anything on their menu they can make gluten free:)
Yes
I've never gotten sick after eating here and I have celiac.
Yes
Great pizza that also reheats well. Very friendly and good gf practices. I have eaten here many times without any issues. Last time I went they had gluten free gelato cookie sandwiches!!
Yes
We went to go to this restaurant but it has changed owners and no longer has gluten free offerings.
My husband and I shared the Greek Pizza and Chicken Pesto Fhazani. Both were amazing and lunch was only $20! I rarely eat out due to always feeling horrible afterward but not today. Staff was friendly and happy to answer any questions. We will be back!
Yes
Great chain restaurant that trains staff on GF issues. Good pizza, good gellatto.
Yes
Good option for gf. No issues with pizza. Tasty. Best eaten fresh at location. Not as good once it gets cold. Consider reheating in oven of getting carry out.
Yes
Wonderful gluten free pizza. I order it "to go" so that they put it in a box to protect it from the gluten in the air of the restaurant. I then eat it at one of the tables outside.
Yes
Awesomely nice people and very helpful. Dedicated oven and prep area. Huge selection of GF ingredients (only the Thai chicken is off the GF list). Very knowledgeable and best of all: great pizza! Not doughy and stayed crisp. Not sweet like many GF crusts. Totally recommend this place! (Certified by the Celiac Disease Foundation)

This is no longer a Red Brick Pizza.
My son has celiac, and my MIL has a gluten intolerance. Both ate the GF pizza with no problems. Delicious, fresh ingredients. Even the cashier (who also took my call-in order) was very aware of allergen processes, asking me if the GF was for celiac or just a desire to eat GF. I also saw her instructing a team member how to prepare a pizza for a dairy -sensitive individual by not using the pasta sauce that was near a cheese container. Delicious, many options, very friendly and knowledgeable.
The gluten free pizza crust is delicious. Topping are very tasty too.
Yes
Best pizza around. The nutritional info is great and the pizza taste the best. They serve fire roasted gluten free pizza, flatbread Italian sandwiches, fresh chopped salads and gourmet gelato. Don't forget about their gluten-free gelato cookie sandwiches!!!! : ) My favorite is their gluten free veggie works with roasted artichoke & fennel and roasted red peppers with caramelized onions. They have been recognized by the Celiac Disease Foundation and what is impressive is their knowledge and food safety with the food products.
Yes
I have celiac and love this place. I've had it 3 times and haven't had a single issue. As a bonus my non-GF friends don't mind eating here and splitting my GF pizza and salad!
Great GF pizza, but yes, they make it a point to ask if it's "preference or allergy" and then if I had an "allergy or celiac" and then they yelled ALLERGY a few times to the man cooking the pizza while I was still standing there. Awkward! But my pizza was yummy!
Yes
I really appreciate the gluten-free prep practices here, but unfortunately the food is only so-so. Also, the TVs at each table are a turn-off for a family that is trying to teach good table manners to our children.
I really liked this place. Pizza was great. We had pepperoni and sausage and a small salad. It was nice for the two of us
They do have a gluten free pizza option and do take precautions to avoid cross contamination, but the pizza is not great.
Yes
Now called BRK pizza but it still has gf options. They have very good gluten free pizza!
