jason I haven’t been to Paris in quite a while, but it looks like your best bets are Copains, Noglu, La Manufacture du Sans Gluten, and Helmut Newcake. Interested to hear from people who have been to Paris recently!

larissas NoGlu!!!!!!! It is wonderful. I did not find croissants at Helmut Newcake when I was there, but that was right before covid so things have changed Im sure. If there are other new bakeries of note, tell me, my gluten free 70+ yo parents are headed to Paris this week!

siliconvalleyfoodgirl La Manufacture du Sans Gluten is by far the best in my opinion. I’m able to have their croissant and just about anything else (yes I’ve tried most of what they offer) and felt completely fine after. Usually the smallest amount of dairy cause extreme bloating for me, in the US, but not in Europe.

cliclii if you need no cross contact, you can buy also from the farm LE PETIT MINOTIER finding in the Biocoop‘s stores. They do really good bread too and good cakes. It s a farm making everything gluten free with no contact and certified by the AFDIAG and if you are frenchy this can be a part supported by CNAM.
