I get the grilled chicken sandwich combo with gf bread. I’m pretty sensitive to cross contamination but haven’t had any reactions here.

Staff were very helpful but not knowledgeable enough to make me feel comfortable eating there if I didn’t have my Nima sensor. Tested my son’s fries and no gluten was detected, so definitely a dedicated fryer!

Outside order taker knew about glove change as soon as I told her I have an allergy. She made a note for the kitchen staff for my grilled nuggets which were bagged separately. My fries however were in the bag with my family's food. I took the risk and ate them anyway, and paid the consequences later with a reaction. I assumed the whole meal would have been tagged, but the note on the receipt was just on the nuggets. I'll be back but will get fruit as a side instead. Safer!

Tasted fine and sounded like they are really cautious. I got the chicken club with Gaf bun, chocolate milkshake, and waffle fries from a dedicated fryer. Definitely got contaminated or just strait glutened! Very sick, full body aches, GI, the works!

Most chick-fil-a’s are good about gf orders but this one was not. Specifically told them I had a gluten allergy and paid for a gf bun only to get a normal bun on my sandwich. Workers were clueless.

When I asked the guy taking my order if their fryer is dedicated to the fries only he said yes. I told him I was asking because I can't have gluten and he asked if it was celiac disease. I said yes and he made a note on my order without me even specifically asking him to. I ordered the waffle fries and grilled nuggets and had no symptoms.
