The staff was disinterested in accommodating a gluten allergy. They pressed the gluten free pizza in the same press they use for the regular pizzas.
I didn't eat my pizza.

I have been to a few Blaze Pizza’s around the country and this is probably my least favorite. Staff seems disinterested and upset when they have to change their gloves. They still cross contaminate items even thought it is an allergy (same sauce bucket as regular pizzas, each that staff member that works on the pizza doesn’t change gloves). The atmosphere is chaotic and I usually feel a little sick after eating here. Won’t be going back to this location. I recommend giving one in another city a try!

I’ve been here many times and never gotten sick. But watching them prepare the pizza there is a huge chance for cross contamination. Also they got rid of their gluten free crust and switched to a cauliflower crust. It’s decent pizza, but not worth the risk for contamination in my opinion. There are better pizza places out there that are better for celiacs.
Notes: very very tasty pizza! Nice service and definitely something to try out :)
As someone with celiac disease, it is REALLY hard to find good gluten free pizza AND a place where I won’t get glutened from cross contamination.
This place had it all. The pizza crust was thin and cooked to perfection. The toppings were all fresh. The ingredient options were plentiful.
I highly recommend this place to anyone, whether you have celiac disease or not. The pizza really was delicious and it was made quickly, so I didn’t have to wait long. And the restaurant was clean. It’s also in a nice retail strip type location so there’s plenty of open parking in the front.
Lastly, the contamination details. Gloves are changed. Pizza is placed on a special mat. It stays on the mat in the brick oven. And it’s cut with pizza cutters that are only for gluten free pizzas. I’m HIGHLY allergic, so not being glutened was AMAZING! :)

First time Waited in line only to be told they were out of gf crust. No apology...no nothing...just stood there looking at us.. Will NEVER go back.. Why advertise something you don't really have?

Best gluten free pizza I have ever had. I want to go back every day. My husband had a non gluten free pizza and he loves it too. Also amazing price. Build your own for $8.95 and put as many toppings as you want.
Yes
Good experience here - person who took order made the person who made my GF crust pizza change gloves, and they used a special mat under the pizza in the oven. But of course he had the usual “we cannot guarantee …” disclaimer. No GF dessert options though.

Don’t trust this place!!!! SO MUCH CROSS CONTAMINATION it’s a nightmare. And if you tell them it’s an allergy: prepare for a staff temper tantrum. Unreal. I threw my pizza away rather than risk getting sick.

Pizza was great however, cross contamination has me nervous. I saw the employee handling regular dough hand the gal that was going to make my GF pizza the black liner. I called it out and asked to please have a glove change with a new liner. They did it with no questions asked. Gal got sauce from a different area. All seemed great. Then the employee that got my pizza out of the oven placed my pizza down. When he moved it the black liner wasn't completely covering the table where part of my pizza was placed. Unfortunately, I will be the next test subject of possible cross contamination at Blaze Pizza.

The BEST pizza! They have gluten free and dairy free options which is awesome. I’ve never had a bad reaction here, the food is excellent and the staff are very knowledgeable. They change gloves, utensils, everything. I love coming here!

Pizza was good until I got severely ill. May not be cross contaminated while making, however once it’s in the oven it’s fair game as it’s touching everywhere normal pizza is fired.
