The GF crust was fabulous! When I asked for it the guy automatically asked if I wanted glove change also!! Very impressed!

I love you to Blaze Pizza. They have 3 different types of GF crust. I love the original gf crust. I would not recommend if you can’t handle cross contamination.

Made me want to cry with the understanding and sensitivity. Upon asking for gluten free crust they asked if a glove change and cutting was desired. The sauce was separate so it didn’t touch with the instrument and the crust was on a tray that allowed it to cook without touching the same surface. They cut with a fresh knife and assured me again when I received my pizza. Plus it was great pizza!

If you have celiac probably not since after they cooked pizza they cut with the same utensil they cut every pizza. They did change their gloves but they put.pixxa on a mat then put on a board covered with flower. Never been in here and won't come back

Gluten free and cauliflower crust options. Great pizza!!
Yes
They had a couple different gluten free crust options. They asked if a needed glove or ladle changes when I request a GF crust. Most of the toppings were also safe. In my opinion the pizza itself could have used more cheese, but I think that could be requested. Overall felt safe eating here.

Surprised this place wasn’t even listed in the app! Excellent gluten free pizza option with plenty of toppings to pick from. Allergens are listed clearly on the website so you can plan a safe order ahead of time. The staff was excellent and offered to wipe down dough press and change gloves once I ordered a gluten free crust — the girl who did my sauce even got it from a different area so she wouldn’t be using a gluten-contaminated ladle on my pizza! They don’t have a dedicated kitchen space or oven, but their oven apparently gets to like 900 degrees, so I felt comfortable trying it out and I’m glad I did, though I’m not sure I would recommend it to a celiac. They had multiple gluten free salad options, also! Overall a great experience and I look forward to eating here again.
Good experience here - person who took order made the person who made my GF crust pizza change gloves, and they used a special mat under the pizza in the oven. But of course he had the usual “we cannot guarantee …” disclaimer. No GF dessert options though.

Don’t trust this place!!!! SO MUCH CROSS CONTAMINATION it’s a nightmare. And if you tell them it’s an allergy: prepare for a staff temper tantrum. Unreal. I threw my pizza away rather than risk getting sick.

Pizza was great however, cross contamination has me nervous. I saw the employee handling regular dough hand the gal that was going to make my GF pizza the black liner. I called it out and asked to please have a glove change with a new liner. They did it with no questions asked. Gal got sauce from a different area. All seemed great. Then the employee that got my pizza out of the oven placed my pizza down. When he moved it the black liner wasn't completely covering the table where part of my pizza was placed. Unfortunately, I will be the next test subject of possible cross contamination at Blaze Pizza.

The BEST pizza! They have gluten free and dairy free options which is awesome. I’ve never had a bad reaction here, the food is excellent and the staff are very knowledgeable. They change gloves, utensils, everything. I love coming here!

Pizza was good until I got severely ill. May not be cross contaminated while making, however once it’s in the oven it’s fair game as it’s touching everywhere normal pizza is fired.
