I normally give only positive reviews, and I had high hopes for my visit. This location does offer a gluten free pizza crust but their setup does not allow for safe preparation. The Subway-style assembly line means everything is cross contaminated, the staff is severely undertrained in the area of food allergies, and the way they stack the unbaked pizzas (on top of each other) means wheat flour can (and does) fall on top of gluten free crusts. I admit, I should have gone with my gut when I finally made it to the front of the line, but I was very hungry and it clouded my thinking. I was “glutened” —that is to say, I was sick after eating here. This would be a fine place for non-Celiacs and/or non-food allergic individuals, but if you live with either (for your own safety), stay away.

I had a terrible experience here. The staff were not upfront or knowledgeable. My first server said everything on the menu was gluten free and then he changed his mind and listed several items that are not gluten free. My second server then proceeded to put blue cheese on my pizza. I was nervous about cross contamination the whole time because there are croutons in the salad on the bar. The staff seemed really sloppy in their use of all ingredients.

The employees changed their gloves and also put parchment paper I believe under my crust while adding toppings so the flour would not come in contact if left on the counter. My only complaint is that it took about 3x longer to cook than the regular crust.
Awesome gluten-free pizza. We have delegated GF utensils and cooking space for the oven. Staff is knowledgeable, change gloves, and did an overall awesome job. Blaze is a pizza place, but they do make their own gluten-free dough. There is always a chance of cross-contamination, however they use a low dust flower when they make their other crusts. So they are going out of their way to limit cross-contamination. I’ll be eating at five different locations and never had a problem. Come check out this place it’s super good
Good experience here - person who took order made the person who made my GF crust pizza change gloves, and they used a special mat under the pizza in the oven. But of course he had the usual “we cannot guarantee …” disclaimer. No GF dessert options though.

Don’t trust this place!!!! SO MUCH CROSS CONTAMINATION it’s a nightmare. And if you tell them it’s an allergy: prepare for a staff temper tantrum. Unreal. I threw my pizza away rather than risk getting sick.

Pizza was great however, cross contamination has me nervous. I saw the employee handling regular dough hand the gal that was going to make my GF pizza the black liner. I called it out and asked to please have a glove change with a new liner. They did it with no questions asked. Gal got sauce from a different area. All seemed great. Then the employee that got my pizza out of the oven placed my pizza down. When he moved it the black liner wasn't completely covering the table where part of my pizza was placed. Unfortunately, I will be the next test subject of possible cross contamination at Blaze Pizza.

The BEST pizza! They have gluten free and dairy free options which is awesome. I’ve never had a bad reaction here, the food is excellent and the staff are very knowledgeable. They change gloves, utensils, everything. I love coming here!

Pizza was good until I got severely ill. May not be cross contaminated while making, however once it’s in the oven it’s fair game as it’s touching everywhere normal pizza is fired.
