Ate here recently and it was great! There are three kinds of GF crusts: GF, Keto, and Cauliflower. Rating 3 stars because it is a small kitchen and there’s definitely risk of some cross contact. I’d say eat here at your own risk. With that said, when I said I had a “gluten allergy” they immediately told me they could change gloves and use a clean pizza cutter. I felt comfortable enough that I would eat here again on occasion.

Amazing gluten free pizza!
I eat at Blaze a couple times a month. It's not gourmet pizza, but it's decent and you can put as much as you want of whatever toppings you want on your pie for the same reasonable price.
But that's not what this site is about. Is this place safe for someone with celiac? In a word, no.
It's not their fault, mind you -- it's the design of the restaurant. If you have celiac, don't eat here.
The toppings are all cross contaminated, the shared workspace is contaminated, the oven and cutting area are contaminated. My wife and daughter have celiac; there's no way I'd let either of them eat at Blaze.
Again, good pizza and a good deal, but definitely not safe for celiacs.

AMAZING gluten free bread for the pizza😍 It actually tastes just like their normal crust! Definitely recommend trying even if you don't have to eat GF! $3 extra but so worth it!
Really great New York style flat pizza. One of the best gf pizzas I've had. Crust is not overly sweet like some. Rivals tommys pizza in north beach. On the small side but price is good. $3 more for gf. Regular price $8.25-6.25!!

Server asked if I was GF because of preference or allergy. When told, "Allergy," she said all would change their gloves. One server said she would change gloves and follow my order the way down the line. She did. I watched the oven person put my order on a special platter and use a separate paddle. When cooked, the last server change gloves, use a designated cutter, stored in a separate bin, to cut my pie. Was very pleased!! Then I went to the Nordstom ebar for my gluten-free cookie and Mexican mocha!

Good experience here - person who took order made the person who made my GF crust pizza change gloves, and they used a special mat under the pizza in the oven. But of course he had the usual “we cannot guarantee …” disclaimer. No GF dessert options though.

Don’t trust this place!!!! SO MUCH CROSS CONTAMINATION it’s a nightmare. And if you tell them it’s an allergy: prepare for a staff temper tantrum. Unreal. I threw my pizza away rather than risk getting sick.

Pizza was great however, cross contamination has me nervous. I saw the employee handling regular dough hand the gal that was going to make my GF pizza the black liner. I called it out and asked to please have a glove change with a new liner. They did it with no questions asked. Gal got sauce from a different area. All seemed great. Then the employee that got my pizza out of the oven placed my pizza down. When he moved it the black liner wasn't completely covering the table where part of my pizza was placed. Unfortunately, I will be the next test subject of possible cross contamination at Blaze Pizza.

The BEST pizza! They have gluten free and dairy free options which is awesome. I’ve never had a bad reaction here, the food is excellent and the staff are very knowledgeable. They change gloves, utensils, everything. I love coming here!

Pizza was good until I got severely ill. May not be cross contaminated while making, however once it’s in the oven it’s fair game as it’s touching everywhere normal pizza is fired.
