Somehow by the grace of god I’ve never gotten sick here. But they scare the crap out of me every time I come. One time I ate half my pizza and then noticed they had put my husbands order paper under mine (he didnt order gluten free). They always act so frustrated when I order. One time I saw them reach into the communal salt to put it on my pizza after asking if I wanted salt (I said yes bc I thought it was gonna be a shaker!).
It’s honestly some of the best gf pizza I’ve ever had and like I said I’ve never been sick but I honestly avoid coming here because they play too much! Scare me to death!
Update: I haven’t been here in probably over a year bc of ^ and I am less stressed for it! I’m lowering my heart rating by 1 now. Check out American Pie for a pizza fix it’s just not worth the stress!

We went to Blaze in Conway and it was an amazing experience, so I thought this one would be the same. Nope. The “general manager” took my order, (with the same gloves she had been handling pizza with…. I could see the fingerprints on the paper…) and told me they don’t use separate ingredients for a gluten free pizza. I told her that Conway got cheese out of the refrigerator for us and she VERY reluctantly said “I guess I could do that if you’d like me to, but just so you know if we’re busy we won’t do that. We’ll use the same ingredients that are out.” After she walked off I asked another girl to change her gloves and get a clean paper out to rewrite our order and she had NO CLUE why I was asking her to do that…. I explained it to her and she said she had never been asked to do that or taught to. When the manager walked back out the girl told her what I had asked so she took the paper, with the same gloves, and rewrote our order… 🤦🏼♀

I have always had a great experience at Blaze Pizza… until today 4/28 at 6 pm, that is. Today it seemed like the restaurant was understaffed, and things were quite chaotic. I understand that when you’re short staffed things can get crazy, but I don’t think it’s acceptable to treat customers poorly because of it. I ordered a gluten free pizza, and the person behind me ordered a gluten free pizza. Those were the last gluten free pizza dough that the staff had prepared. The next people that ordered also ordered gluten free pizza, meaning the staff needed to prepare more gluten free dough. The comments made in very rude tones by the three staff members were as followed:
- Everything’s gluten free now, ugh
- Kill me
- F****** gluten free man
Additionally it was alarming how few times the staff changed their gloves considering they were working on allergen friendly pizzas. I, and everyone, else heard and it’s extremely nerve wracking to hear that kind of response to your medical condition. Very disappointed.

I made sure the staff knew we had celiac and had to be completely gluten free. I ordered a pizza with meatballs and asked if they were GF. I was told yes. Then I watched him use the same tomato sauce they use for all pizzas and spread it out with the same spoon. I asked for the manager and she threw out the pizzas and made them herself. She then informed me the meatballs have gluten in them. We should have just left. Even though the manager made them we both got sick…. It was great when we went there 6 months ago. Needless to say we will not go back.

It was delicious. I am highly reactive and had no problems. My gluten detection Service Dog cleared my pizza 🍕( indicated completely gluten free) 😀🍕🐾

One of our favorites! They even have dairy free cheese options!

Good pizza. They have a gluten free crust available by request and are trained to ask if you require a glove change. They changed gloves and one person was responsible for building my pizza from start to finish. They did put my pizza in the same oven as the others, but off to the side. I had no reactions.
Good experience here - person who took order made the person who made my GF crust pizza change gloves, and they used a special mat under the pizza in the oven. But of course he had the usual “we cannot guarantee …” disclaimer. No GF dessert options though.

Don’t trust this place!!!! SO MUCH CROSS CONTAMINATION it’s a nightmare. And if you tell them it’s an allergy: prepare for a staff temper tantrum. Unreal. I threw my pizza away rather than risk getting sick.

Pizza was great however, cross contamination has me nervous. I saw the employee handling regular dough hand the gal that was going to make my GF pizza the black liner. I called it out and asked to please have a glove change with a new liner. They did it with no questions asked. Gal got sauce from a different area. All seemed great. Then the employee that got my pizza out of the oven placed my pizza down. When he moved it the black liner wasn't completely covering the table where part of my pizza was placed. Unfortunately, I will be the next test subject of possible cross contamination at Blaze Pizza.

The BEST pizza! They have gluten free and dairy free options which is awesome. I’ve never had a bad reaction here, the food is excellent and the staff are very knowledgeable. They change gloves, utensils, everything. I love coming here!

Pizza was good until I got severely ill. May not be cross contaminated while making, however once it’s in the oven it’s fair game as it’s touching everywhere normal pizza is fired.
