Re: ordering online
Ordering GF online is not as easy as it could be.
Most pastas offered have GF variants that can be requested. But those are not listed when ordering online via their online ordering page or GrubHub. You'll need to call in in advance to let them know a pasta order will be coming in and that you need the GF variant. They are very helpful when you call in, but call IN ADVANCE. If you call in after submitting the order, the preparation is likely to have already started by the time you call.
The ordering pages don't list allergies/gluten either next to the items. You'll need to use the national website's allergy page to understand which dishes are risky. Google for "carrabbas allergy". This is pretty awkward and they and GrubHub could do better in this regard.
GrubHub does not appear to provide a way to add a comment to the order to indicate gluten free or any other adjustments.
My delivery arrived, it included no confirmation that the order or pasta was gluten free. It did include bread. When I called in to ask if it was GF bread I was told it was not. So be very careful. Ask questions. Don't make assumptions.

I have a favorite server and she makes me feel at ease ordering. The GF pasta is really good. Most dishes can be made GF. Unfortunately no GF desserts are offered here. I've eaten here countless times with no reaction. I do bring my own bread so I can enjoy the oil with herbs.

I’ve eaten at this location twice. Both times my food was contaminated with gluten. The first time I ordered a gluten free chicken dish. It was contaminated. Two years later, I ate at this location again and I ordered the salmon from the gluten free menu and it was again contaminated. While they did bring me another meal, the kitchen staff needs to be educated on how to prepare gluten free food.

We go here almost weekly. They have really upped their game! Lots of gluten free options marked on the regular menu and they can sub gluten free pasta for most of the sauces. The chicken pollo rosa maria with mashed potatoes is my favorite! I tell the server I am Celiac and have gluten allergies and I have never gotten sick here. One word of caution is if you order a cappuccino, make sure you remind them no biscotti. Everything else was perfect every time! Go give it a try!
