I’ve eaten at Carrabas several times and never had an issue. I order the Bolognese w/their gluten free noodles and the Fettuccine Carrabba, no mushrooms and the chicken sautéed on the grill (don’t like the wood grilled chicken) and either a house salad w/no croutons or the chicken soup no noodles or they will add some of the gf noodles to it if they have some already made up.

I ate here tonight with another celiac who comes here regularly (my first visit). Lots of marked GF options, tasty food and no reaction.
Yes
I ate there on 7-17-2016 and had a bad reaction to the food. I had the chicken Marsala with mash potatoes and the Sicilian chicken soup (gf version). I have eaten here 3 times before with no problems but I always had the prosciutto wrapped pork chops with mash potatoes and broccoli. Just another restaurant I will cross off my list of places that I could eat at. I am very disappointed.
Staff was knowledgable and friendly. Menu was outstanding you can get a delicious meal GF!!😊 Even my 12 year old liked it.
Yes
Many GF options on the menu and well designated. Food had a nice presentation, was tasty, and not just a piece of meat or a salad for those with Celiac. Entrees included reductions and sauces which were GF, a wonderful change from those restaurants that offer GF entrees, but without the sauce. Service was courteous and timely and when mentioning the need for GF, the waiter totally got it. Nice atmosphere, reasonably priced. I came through this delicious dining experience unscathed and highly recommend.
Very good food. They have a decent sized gluten free menu and they are knowledgable about cross contamination. I am very sensitive when it comes to gluten and I had no issues. (I did take a few gluten enzymes, which I do whenever I go to a new place.)
nice upscale restaurant. modest selection of gf pastas. nice wait staff. dim lighting. okay price for quality of food.
I wanted GF pasta. It was pretty good, but the wait was extremely long.

We go here almost weekly. They have really upped their game! Lots of gluten free options marked on the regular menu and they can sub gluten free pasta for most of the sauces. The chicken pollo rosa maria with mashed potatoes is my favorite! I tell the server I am Celiac and have gluten allergies and I have never gotten sick here. One word of caution is if you order a cappuccino, make sure you remind them no biscotti. Everything else was perfect every time! Go give it a try!

Ordered the Chicken Bryan with sautéed spinach. They have GF items marked and can swap most items for GF pasta.

First time visiting Carrabba’s since going gluten free. GF items are marked on menu and there is a gluten free pasta substitute that you can ask the server about. Unfortunately I did not feel too safe with cross contamination. I asked the server how the GF pasta would be prepared and if anything is shared, and she said that it would be boiled in the same water used for the regular pasta but still assured that it is safe for me. I asked for it to be boiled in a separate pot, but I’m not sure if anything else was shared in preparation of the food.
