Wonderful food and the owner/head chef personally remade my food before it left the kitchen since it got contaminated and needed to be celiac. He also came and talked with us later to ensure everything was fine and explained that he has family with celiac and other food related sicknesses and understands the importance. It was delicious and the safest I've felt eating out at a place that is not exclusively gluten free.

I chose the safest thing on the menu I could think of, and had the Italian salad with grilled chicken. I did not get sick afterwards. The waitress just pointed me to the items marked GF in the menu and clearly didn’t understand it’s not as simple as that.

This chain had never been on our ‘celiac’ radar, but we’ve been missing out!! They are super knowledgeable, and almost everything ‘noodle’ on their menu can be made GF (I didn’t ask about the other things as we weren’t eating a non-noodle dish). My daughter got ‘fettuccine’ Alfredo with GF noodles and she said it was amazing! They don’t have GF bread for the oils, but maybe you can bring your own 🤷🏻‍♀

I eat here a lot because so far, knock on wood, I have never been glutened. the food is always great. The servers are always very understanding.

Had the soup and salad. Very friendly staff and made sure my meal was safe! Carrabbas is a go-to of mine while traveling because I seem to always be able to get a safe meal there 👍

I have celiac. Asked for the GF menu. The waitress noticed the menu before I could even say anything about preparation. She went to ask about a drink I wanted to ensure which were GF. When my salad was brought out, the server said, "Here is the GF salad." We had the best experience! The food was fantastic! I highly recommend eating here!

We go here almost weekly. They have really upped their game! Lots of gluten free options marked on the regular menu and they can sub gluten free pasta for most of the sauces. The chicken pollo rosa maria with mashed potatoes is my favorite! I tell the server I am Celiac and have gluten allergies and I have never gotten sick here. One word of caution is if you order a cappuccino, make sure you remind them no biscotti. Everything else was perfect every time! Go give it a try!
