I always check protocols anytime I am at a chain, but this location consistently has safe items! Fries are dedicated fryer and safe but always double check. I get the grilled chicken sandwich meal and mark it as a gluten allergy. Bun comes in a sealed plastic bag. The bun isn’t anything to write home about but it’s something! Sometimes I get it lettuce wrapped too. If I order with my non-celiac husband my stuff is always in a separate bag.
I *DO* find myself feeling sick from CFA sauce! Could just be a me thing 🤷🏼♀ so I get ketchup.

Never been Glutened at any Chick-fil-A I've been to. The fries gave a dedicated frier, all the drinks are safe, and there are two gluten free entrees to enjoy. Only issue is the buns are pretty sawdusty in consistency.

I have yet to get sick here and they always bring my food out in a separate bag. The fries are amazing and in a dedicated fryer. If you order a sandwich the bun comes in a sealed bag so you have to put it together yourself. Check which sauces are gluten free yourself first on their website, the person taking orders isn’t always fully knowledged on all the sauces so it will save you time.

Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
This Chikfila was not knowledgeable about GF protocol at all, avoid if celiac.

The new restaurant takes GF seriously. We’ve had no issues. My son (15) is celiac’s. We always confirm before ordering and have had no problems with the staff or food.

I heard that they are celiac-friendly and wanted a quick bite on the go. This was the first time I'd gone since my diagnosis, so I went in because I was nervous about making sure it was safe for me to have it. The person who took my order had limited knowledge, maybe a recent hire. I was glad it was not very busy, and the manager took the opportunity to explain to both of us the process. Not only they have a few gf items marked on the menu, but if you tell them you have an allergy, they make sure to alert the staff, so they clean the area, utensils and change gloves before preparing the meal. They have a separate fryer for the fries, too.

Same with all Chick-fil-A places, they offer a gf bun that comes packaged so no cross contamination. I always order the grilled chicken sandwich and sub the bun. Never gotten sick and fries are fried in separate fryer.

We recently found out that they have a gluten free bun so my wife and I had to try it. We had grilled chicken sandwiches on the gluten free bun. The bun is still wrapped in its prepackaged bag when your food arrives so you can be certain it doesn’t come in contact with any cross contamination. It’s really nice to have a fast food option for those times when you are in a rush. It’s also very nice to be able to get an entire gluten free meal instead of only an item or two.
