Everything I’ve had here has been great with no cross contamination.

Updating my review because they've introduced Naan bread and are not careful at all about cross contamination even when I asked. I've tried 3 separate times and sick 2 of 3. Ruined such a great spot for celiacs.

My son is celiac. He is 15. He loved the Mac-n-cheese. The noodles are served cold on the main entrees. He was a little thrown by that, but the food was good.

The only gluten in the restaurant is the bread in the bread box at the end of the line. Simply refuse the bread and I was told everything else is safe for Celiacs. I have eaten their soups, salads and grain bowls numerous times without any issues.

It’s the one place in town I can go and have anything I want. (Except the bread.) They are very good about avoiding cross-contamination.
Yes
The menu posts allergens for each item. They claim to be gluten free except for the bread. I asked about soy sauce and they said they use Tamari soy sauce.
Yes
The only thing that is not gluten free is the bread at the end of the food line.
Yes
Staff said everything was GF except one item. I asked manager if they had GF bread and he said “no” it’s to expensive and they would have to bake it daily. Go figure. . . Their food isn’t exactly cheap!
It was very good. Love the salads
Everything is gluten free except the naan bread (optional side) that is at the end of the line, so it is not touched by anyone and gloves are changed right after.

I've been eating at Core Life for years and have always loved it. That being said, it's becoming harder to safely eat here as they keep incorporating more and more gluten items to their menu. They have also removed their gluten free Mac and cheese from the menu and replaced it with regular gluten containing Mac and cheese! It's a delicious place to eat but proceed with caution for cross-contimation and subtle and not well advertised changes to the menu.

This was a fantastic, quick and healthy pit stop while traveling. Everything is GF except bread and wraps.
