I had a chicken Cobb bowl. Everything in the bowl was already gluten free. I had no issues with cross contamination and I didn’t get sick. I would go back!

I went here and did not have a good experience at all. The food was flavorless and they put bread on my plate, even after I had specified that it was to be GF. Disappointed and won't be going back.

Updated review from 5 stars to 1 star because CoreLife now has major issues with cross contamination and I no longer recommend that anyone who has celiac disease eat there.

Used to be able to eat here with no issue, then came the naan tacos! Watched the manager go from grill to naan (wheat flour) to grill and back to the next taco, then my bowl! $15 I gave away. Better than be violently ill for 3 days!
The food here was great. Tender meat, fresh veggies and amazing bone broth. The only gluten items were half slices of bread at the register and sesame seeds prior to 2020.
I reached out to Corporate and they have no plans to change! My whole family used to go with me so I could feel like I was having a normal and safe experience here. That is now over with CoreLife!

Great food prepared in front of you. Really safe place to eat.

Awesome place to eat!
Clean eating at its finest. They offer a variety of salads that are made assembly-line style right in front of you. All salads use natural, fresh ingredients and the menu is clearly marked for what has wheat, nuts, soy, etc. The only bread offered is at the end of the serving line, handled by one person with tongs, wearing gloves. The bread itself is kept in a hard plastic container and already sliced so any crumbs are self-contained. Your food completely bypasses this station if you don't want bread. I've eaten here a few times with no side effects whatsoever.
Yes
Everything is gluten free except the naan bread (optional side) that is at the end of the line, so it is not touched by anyone and gloves are changed right after.

I've been eating at Core Life for years and have always loved it. That being said, it's becoming harder to safely eat here as they keep incorporating more and more gluten items to their menu. They have also removed their gluten free Mac and cheese from the menu and replaced it with regular gluten containing Mac and cheese! It's a delicious place to eat but proceed with caution for cross-contimation and subtle and not well advertised changes to the menu.

This was a fantastic, quick and healthy pit stop while traveling. Everything is GF except bread and wraps.
