Everything they have is gluten free (except for the flour wraps)!! The staff was very knowledgable and ensured my safety. Some of the best gluten free Mac and cheese I’ve ever had. It felt so safe eating here and so many options.

The food was fantastic and most items are gluten free. They took extra precautions including changing gloves and using a separate service for food preparation.

Everything is gluten free except the naan bread (optional side) that is at the end of the line, so it is not touched by anyone and gloves are changed right after.

I've been eating at Core Life for years and have always loved it. That being said, it's becoming harder to safely eat here as they keep incorporating more and more gluten items to their menu. They have also removed their gluten free Mac and cheese from the menu and replaced it with regular gluten containing Mac and cheese! It's a delicious place to eat but proceed with caution for cross-contimation and subtle and not well advertised changes to the menu.
