I am bummed. Food was delicious but my stomach is paying bad. I told the server I was extremely allergic to gluten and she seemed understanding. I shouldn't have came here. ☹ it's things like this that make me never feel safe eating out. I know there is a warning with it being a chain but at other locations I haven't had a problem.

The waitresses here always make sure my order is correct and often detect any issues before I do. I have other allergies besides gluten and they’ve always been able to accommodate my needs. The food is always great and they have a menu online that outlines the allergens in all their menu items.

Have eaten here twice since finding out I have celiac. They have a long menu that lists all the allergens for each dish. Very helpful if you are avoiding more than just gluten. Food is terrific. Great staff.
Yes
they use to have a gf menu now they give you a allergy list and everything had wheat listed except just and coffee NEVER again will I eat there
No
No gluten free menu. But they will wash their hands and leave the bread off any dish you order :(
Staff is nice and has always been considerate of my allergy. i havent had a problem with contamination at all! :-)
We had a lovely lunch this afternoon. Deborah was absolutely wonderful and extremely accommodating to my various allergies. She went above and beyond to make sure my food was safe. They have good procedures against cross contamination. It was also delicious and very affordable.

I usually get the chicken quinoa power bowl here. I have not gotten sick and I always tell the server that I have a gluten allergy. I have heard that they do use shared equipment when toasting the gluten free bread so if you’re sensitive I’d stick with the bowls.

I love first watch! They are definitely branching out and now have a GF menu. If you are going to go to this location - ask for Rebekah! She is the best and is so careful! The management is aware of celiac and has taught their staff well overall. I do stick to quinoa power bowls due to my issues with rice flour, but for a standard celiac, the options here are great and the taste is next level!

My wife is celiac. We have eaten there a dozen times without problems. She would be sick before we get to the car if contaminated. Thought I should write this review.
