I ate here today. I asked for a gluten free menu and was given a nutrition menu to download. The menu had gluten or wheat under almost everything because toast or bread was involved. It was impossible to know if any other ingredients had gluten. I was left with the menu to download. Finally I spoke to the manager. He said it was a corporate decision to not mark on the menu what could be made gluten free. There were 2 items that stated gluten free. I asked about a specialty item that was gluten free but had to speak to him to determine this. He did comp my lunch and was cordial. I explained that if a corporation made it that difficult that I would be eating where the menu is marked. They made it too difficult to eat here. I was not glutened. I ordered shrimp and grits. It was a miserable lunch that made me feel like a weirdo for asking to protect my health.

They have a lot of gluten free options, the staff is very knowledgeable, and they make sure to avoid cross contamination. I also appreciate that they have gluten free toast that tastes good!

Has gf options as well as gf toast
We had a lovely lunch this afternoon. Deborah was absolutely wonderful and extremely accommodating to my various allergies. She went above and beyond to make sure my food was safe. They have good procedures against cross contamination. It was also delicious and very affordable.

I usually get the chicken quinoa power bowl here. I have not gotten sick and I always tell the server that I have a gluten allergy. I have heard that they do use shared equipment when toasting the gluten free bread so if you’re sensitive I’d stick with the bowls.

I love first watch! They are definitely branching out and now have a GF menu. If you are going to go to this location - ask for Rebekah! She is the best and is so careful! The management is aware of celiac and has taught their staff well overall. I do stick to quinoa power bowls due to my issues with rice flour, but for a standard celiac, the options here are great and the taste is next level!

My wife is celiac. We have eaten there a dozen times without problems. She would be sick before we get to the car if contaminated. Thought I should write this review.
