My waitress asked if the request for no gluten was a preference or allergy. I informed her of having celiac . This is not a dedicated gluten-free restaurant so they CAN NOT guarantee against cross contamination. The cook did however made sure to change gloves an cook my food in separate plans. He did not toast my gluten free bread to lower the risk of cross contamination.

GF items are not marked, but their website does have an entire allergen list of every ingredient they use. This does not account for cross contamination. I ordered the cheese grits and the waitress had no idea if they were GF or not so she checked with the cook, who didn’t know what gluten was. Would probably steer clear of here

Menu lists allergen information if requested. Ordered food online for pickup and specifically made a note of gluten allergy and to not include any bread in order. Received piece of bread on top of egg order.

a good chain restaurant. we've eaten at them in several states. staff is almost always knowledgeable and management always has been. some gf options address on menu abs others available if yout ask. breakfast meats are gf. omelets are safe and they now have gf toast instead of corn tortillas.
We had a lovely lunch this afternoon. Deborah was absolutely wonderful and extremely accommodating to my various allergies. She went above and beyond to make sure my food was safe. They have good procedures against cross contamination. It was also delicious and very affordable.

I usually get the chicken quinoa power bowl here. I have not gotten sick and I always tell the server that I have a gluten allergy. I have heard that they do use shared equipment when toasting the gluten free bread so if you’re sensitive I’d stick with the bowls.

I love first watch! They are definitely branching out and now have a GF menu. If you are going to go to this location - ask for Rebekah! She is the best and is so careful! The management is aware of celiac and has taught their staff well overall. I do stick to quinoa power bowls due to my issues with rice flour, but for a standard celiac, the options here are great and the taste is next level!

My wife is celiac. We have eaten there a dozen times without problems. She would be sick before we get to the car if contaminated. Thought I should write this review.
