We eat here frequently. The staff seems to understand precautions for gluten free. We tell them we have a gluten allergy (though we have a Celiac family member and one gluten intolerant), and no one has had ill effects from dining here. We all order burgers in bowls and fries. Always tasty and hot. The staff is typically courteous. I would warn against ordering milkshakes since some of their mix-ins contain gluten, therefore a likelihood of cross-contamination.

Best burger anywhere! Didn't miss the bun because it was so mouth watering! Did not get sick.

I ordered and they were VERY accommodating on my gluten needs. When I told my cashier gf, he immediately told the other cooks allergy and they took many precautions. I got a lettuce wrap and fries which were absolutely BOMB! They are soooo good and I don’t think I can go back to normal fast food burgers now. They gave me my wrap in my own bag without asking, but did accidentally put my fries in the glutened bag. They were very nice and gave me new fries free of charge (they were DELICIOUSSS).

The fries are great, but without bun, what's the use.
My celiac son can always eat here safely. Although they do not have gf buns which would be nice, the place is well trained on allergies. It is nice for my son to be able to have french fries that we are sure is free of cross contamination.

Great service and were very conscious of my celiac disease. Great atmosphere was a plus.

Great burgers (no buns) and fries. Great service. Friendly employees and management. Made sure no bread came close to my food and didnt make me feel wierd about asking to have it GF. Thx 5 guys!

Not a great experience. Asked if they had gluten free options and the girl stared at me weird and then said yeah they do. I asked if they could change gloves and keep food separate while preparing and they said yes but didn’t communicate it to the back people. They didn’t change gloves and they prepared the lettuce burger with a regular bun burger side by side. Didn’t feel confident in no cross contamination.

The usual celiac five guys experience. Staff is well trained and can do a lettuce wrapped bun. Fries in dedicated fryer. Obviosuly not as safe as a sit down restaurant especially if busy but I had no issues.

I love Five Guys! No, they don't have a GF bun but the burger in a lettuce wrap is so delicious that I don't miss the bun at all. They have a separate grill for the buns so the burgers will not have CC and as long as you let them know you have celiac or are intolerant they will change gloves and take precautions. They also have a dedicated fryer so the fries are safe too! Yummm!

Separate fryer for fries. Very careful when preparing a burger and putting it in a bowl. No GF buns. Tell them you have an allergy. They will change gloves. Eaten here many times and have not been glutened
