I had eaten here three or four times without incident, however, the last time I ordered lettuce wrap burger, I ordered bacon, and the lady who puts all the sandwiches together (and handles buns), may have changed her gloves, but she had been in and out of that bacon bin so many times I got cross contaminated on the bacon topping.

Definitely my favorite place to stop and feel safe! They always change gloves. I use all condiments except Mayo because I have seen bread crumbs. Other than that it's the best!

Very accommodating for GF. Asked whether it was allergy or preference. Bowl and lettuce wrap options. I got the bowl with all my desired ingredients and threw the fries on top of that and mixed it all up. Really delicious. Will be back again for a GF meal.

Nice and helpful staff who are always professional. Clean facility. Standard Five Guys wait times and food, which I guess is the highest compliment one can give a fast casual chain. Haven’t gotten sick from any Five Guys location ever.

I am very sensitive (seizures) and eat here often. They are very careful and very willing to accommodate. Would definitely recommend to others who are gluten free. They do bowls or lettuce wraps and fries both regular and Cajun are safe.
Yes
Staff is very careful about changing gloves and avoiding cross contamination. I have Celiac and this is my go to for a quick lunch!
Great family place to eat real food, unlike other fast food places. It would be good if they also offered GF buns.
Not a great experience. Asked if they had gluten free options and the girl stared at me weird and then said yeah they do. I asked if they could change gloves and keep food separate while preparing and they said yes but didn’t communicate it to the back people. They didn’t change gloves and they prepared the lettuce burger with a regular bun burger side by side. Didn’t feel confident in no cross contamination.

The usual celiac five guys experience. Staff is well trained and can do a lettuce wrapped bun. Fries in dedicated fryer. Obviosuly not as safe as a sit down restaurant especially if busy but I had no issues.

I love Five Guys! No, they don't have a GF bun but the burger in a lettuce wrap is so delicious that I don't miss the bun at all. They have a separate grill for the buns so the burgers will not have CC and as long as you let them know you have celiac or are intolerant they will change gloves and take precautions. They also have a dedicated fryer so the fries are safe too! Yummm!

Separate fryer for fries. Very careful when preparing a burger and putting it in a bowl. No GF buns. Tell them you have an allergy. They will change gloves. Eaten here many times and have not been glutened
