Manager asked it it was an allergy and personally saw to the preparation of my meal. My lettuce wrap burger came in a separate bag. I felt confident that they knew how to deal with my allergy.

They have always been prepared as soon as I say I want a bun less burger. They clarify if it's an allergy or preference. I see them educating their workers that aren't as aware of the process. They only have limited ingredients with gluten so cross contamination is less likely. Never been sick.
Yes
The know how to handle gluten free and you can do a lettice wrap or just get your burger in a bowl. Next time I'll skip the lettuce wrap because it fell apart and I had to use a fork and knife anyway.
Edit: I’ve eaten here a million times and never had a problem until today. Everyone working was very confused about allergies, but all I got was fries and I asked them to change their gloves so I figured it would be fine. It is not fine, I’ve been glutened.
When you tell the staff that you don’t want a bun on the hamburger, they ask if it is an allergy, and cook on separate grill. Consistent at four locations. Huge helping so order small burger and split a small order of fries.

Per previous reviews, we just told them my daughter had a gluten allergy and they were quite aware. There was a lot of glove changing and effort to keep food from contamination.
Yes
Phenomenal food. All you need to tell them to get it celiac safe is that it is bunless for an allergy. My food is perfect 100% of the time.
Yes
Staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable when we asked about gluten free. Separately wrapped burger with no bun they said fried are gluten free as is oil it's cooked in. No issues with food

Yum yum yum. Even thou they don't have GF bread you can get all the fixings you want on your burger in a boat. They are well aware of GF allergy. The peanuts makes you want to grab a bag to go. Lol Added to my list.
Yes
When asked for no bun, staff asked if it was for an allergy. Staff was very cautious! Served in a bowl and even in a separate bag.

As of 5/9/24…. Currently under construction but usually these are great places to go (get a lettuce wrap or bowl and tell them you have an “allergy” and they will be careful and change gloves). They only fry fries so they are safe. Hope they are back soon!

The only thing they fry are potatoes No seasonings on meats, dedicated side for the meat versus the buns No GF bun but they do offer lettuce wrap, and a bowl option No sauce or additives on grilled vegetables. Only cross-contamination I saw was when building the hamburgers. But very willing to change gloves.

Went here before leaving on a trip. BIG MISTAKE! The lady at the register had a blank stare as we tried to explain to her my Celiac/severe gluten allergy. She spoke to the cook in Spanish. He nodded and said ok, no gluten. Within 10 minutes of eating I could tell I had been glutened. Made my trip miserable but it was my fault. I should have not eaten it. I’m new to this and am still naive to believe people will understand.
