My celiac daughter loves fries so we stopped in. The team was so incredibly helpful. We asked about the hot dogs, they checked both the allergen list and confirmed on the hotdog packaging, everything was served in a separate container. It’s just so appreciated when people are willing to answer questions and be extra careful. Plus, the fries are amazing and they have the smart coke machine with a million options.

Once I asked about gluten free items, the cashier asked if it’s for a gluten allergy. He immediately informed the kitchen and reminded them to change gloves. I got my burger in a lettuce wrap. I was handed my burger in a separate bag. The worker made sure I knew which bag was for the allergy. All staff seemed well informed about allergies and were proactive in taking precautions. Felt very safe.

Always change gloves before making my burger. My burger is packed in a separate bag. They do a great job!
This place is amazing. They made my burger in a lettuce wrap instead of a bun. Fries are super and not fried with anything else. And now they have milkshakes too! And uber eats delivers. What more could anyone want??
Yes
We get fries often. Haven't tried anything else. The fry seasoning is GF
told the manager about the gf allergy he quickly smiled and assured me he would make sure I would be ok. he instructed the cook what it was I needed and the lady changed gloves right away.
Not a great experience. Asked if they had gluten free options and the girl stared at me weird and then said yeah they do. I asked if they could change gloves and keep food separate while preparing and they said yes but didn’t communicate it to the back people. They didn’t change gloves and they prepared the lettuce burger with a regular bun burger side by side. Didn’t feel confident in no cross contamination.

The usual celiac five guys experience. Staff is well trained and can do a lettuce wrapped bun. Fries in dedicated fryer. Obviosuly not as safe as a sit down restaurant especially if busy but I had no issues.

I love Five Guys! No, they don't have a GF bun but the burger in a lettuce wrap is so delicious that I don't miss the bun at all. They have a separate grill for the buns so the burgers will not have CC and as long as you let them know you have celiac or are intolerant they will change gloves and take precautions. They also have a dedicated fryer so the fries are safe too! Yummm!

Separate fryer for fries. Very careful when preparing a burger and putting it in a bowl. No GF buns. Tell them you have an allergy. They will change gloves. Eaten here many times and have not been glutened
