Almost got glutened. Brought a salad with croutons even after we made it clear that we had a sever allergy. Luckily I spotted one before eating. Staff seemed to not even care and did not want to change my meal. I don’t recommend. (I have been in the past and it was fine but they were very careless this time)

We had a pretty good experience here. The waitress was nice and it was good to have a reliable meal I was fairly confident was safe. AC sucks for GF as far as my research could tell, so Margaritaville was pretty solid.

Dedicated fryer for fries (though you might have to ask). You can get all their burgers with the usual Adi’s GF bun. Just a couple options beyond that though for entrees. They do clearly mark which items can be made GF.

They offer gluten free buns and a dedicated fryer for fries. Waiter took order and highlighted on the sheet GF. Fries and cheeseburger were both good. They did have paper straws which I heard have gluten so be aware. Didn’t get sick

Good experience, items gluten free are clearly marked on food menu. Would be nice to have marked gluten free drinks but ingredients are listed which makes it a little easier. Good burgers and fries. Separate fryer. Good place to go for a burger and margarita. Friendly bar staff.

Gluten free menu! I had the rancho deluxe burger with a gluten free bun and French fries! I made sure fries are in a designated fryer!!! No issues and staff was knowledgeable!

I love love love margaritaville! I have been to a few locations, but this was my first time at the one in AC. The server got a manger who came to talk to me and then relayed what I needed to the chef. He came out a few times to clarify to be sure they were giving me a safe dairy free and gluten free meal. I had a pulled pork sandwich on a gluten free roll with fries and bbq sauce. I did misunderstand and expected the pulled pork to come in a sauce of some sort, but it was plain. So the server gave me bbq sauce on the side which I put on the sandwich myself. It was soooo delicious and I did not get sick! I also had a strawberry daiquiri which was safe and yummy too! I was so pleased with the service and understanding of allergies. I am hoping to try the breakfast here too before my vacation is over because I was just over the top happy with my experience!!!

They are not overly careful they served me their chicken sandwich on a regular bun and said it was gluten free. Sent it back and they sent back the same sandwich and just pealed the bun off leaving all gluten bread in the cheese.

Wonderful! The chef came to the table, asked about my sons allergens, and assured us his food would be cooked safely with no contamination (dedicated GF fryer). He never got sick and everything was delicious.

Very experienced with Gluten Allergy- they have a menu which states the mortification that can be mad. I had a fish sandwich with fries and the gluten free bun. - 3 days later im still excited to have found this gem.

I ate here last night. My waiter new about gluten free and assured me they take it seriously. They do as I had no issues and it was nice to have fries as it’s rare to find a place with a dedicated fryer. I just had the cheeseburger and the GF bun was good. Nice to have a place that’s safe for Celiacs in AC. We need more. Thanks.

Staff was very knowledgeable, many gluten-free options, dedicated fryer for the french fries. We ate there for dinner and breakfast and the chef came to our table to go over breakfast options and ensured us she would handle best to avoid any cross contamination. I was fine after both meals and really enjoyed the meals. Would definitely go back!!

Went for dinner and got the cheddar BBQ turkey burger with a gluten free bun and it was delicious! the waiter knew right away to tell me that the fries are in a dedicated fryer! And went again for breakfast and the waitress was very accommodating and helped out with making an eggs Benedict gluten free!

The chef came out and spoke to us. They had gluten free buns for the burgers, and the fries are cooked in a dedicated fryer. Great experience!

Server was knowledgeable about celiac and told chef about my allergy. She was going to bring the chef out but she said she could just tell the chef what I was interested in and he would tell me if it's good to go or not. I ordered nachos and they were great, with no problems.

Terrible food... extremely disappointing. I got really sick after eating the gluten free fries

I just finished eating a meal here and had an awful experience. The staff originally came out and seemed very knowledgeable on cross contamination and even sent the chef out to speak with me and take my order. However, when my food came out my sandwich had the same bun as all of the other normal sandwiches. I did not feel comfortable eating the food they brought me when they replaced the incorrect order and definitely will not be coming back.

The staff is very knowledgeable, our waitress even had the chef come out and ask about my allergy and wanted to be extra careful with my food because of my celiac. Love it!!!

The normal menu denotes the gluten free options. There were quite a few options for entrees and sides. The waitress was sufficiently knowledgeable because it was on the normal menu. My boyfriend didn't get sick afterwards. It is a little pricy and our waitress wasn't very attentive, but I would recommend it because the view was nice and the other waitresses seemed better than ours.

I've always been anxious about traveling due to the fact that I have celiacs and am afraid there won't be many options to eat. I'm SO happy to say that Margaritaville takes extreme care for people who have food allergies! The chef came out and showed me the options and I didn't get sick! Dedicated fryer for fries and has a nice choice of options for people who have gluten allergies!

GF modifications all over the menu! I told the server I have Celiac and food allergies and the chef came out and asked what I would like to eat and how he would make it safe for me. The best Cheeseburger and Fries I have had in over a year.

kudos to Margaritaville! Exceptional service to gluten-free people. I eat in very expensive restaurants and never has the chef come out to speak to me. I had a hamburger with the gluten-free bun and fries which came from a dedicated fryer. I also had a angry orchard beer which is gluten-free. Everything was delicious !

Gf veggie burger on gf bun is terrific Fries are gluten free -IF you tell them you are celiac. Apparently they cannot use the salt from the kitchen (it's got something in it that makes the salt not gf?) but you can just salt them when they arrive at the table The table salt is regular sea salt

If you are gf, they immediately bring the chef out to speak with you-they handle it very well

Salads, meats, they have a dedicated gluten free menu and can make many items gf if you request AND they have a Gluten Free brownie!!!

Fun atmosphere, right on then boardwalk Fun music, music videos, live bands and fun drinks

Drunken shrimp skillet was very good! It came with gf bread and being able to dip it in the garlic butter sauce made me feel like a real person (I hope that makes sense) I also had the burger and fries, very good and even a gf dessert option that I'm currently too full to try but is a brownie and ice cream.

Went there twice during our stay because few options for GF food. First time was ok. Server knowledgeable and helpful. Second time was a disaster: waiter brought out hamburger and tho it looked just like my partner's non-GF burger, he insisted it was gluten free. I almost ate it but doubting it was a GF bun returned it to the kitchen. After waiter doublechecked, realized they had mixed up the orders. Subsequently a burger was brought out on a gf bun. It appears their staff could use better training for customers with allergies.

Slow service, despite telling server repeatedly of my food allergies, food still arrived wrong. My husband was done eating before they brought my replacement which was still wrong but at least not containing foods I am allergic to. Would not go back.

I had the grilled chicken sandwich on a gluten free bun. It was absolutely delicious. The waiter knew exactly what celiac disease is and offered me other gluten free items from the menu. Great service, great food, didn't get sick..highly recommend!

Excellent food! I had the volcano nachos which were gluten free and amazing. Be prepared to share though they are huge, I split them with 3 other people and there was still enough left to be my entree. The gluten free brownie with Heath bars and ice cream was excellent as well. The staff was very gluten free friendly and I got no symptoms!

The food here is really good. Dedicated fryer for the fries. The Cheeseburger in Paradise works with the gluten free bun, BUT the bun is really crumbly.

We returned for a second visit and were informed by the waiter that the menu was not correct. It under-identified items that were gluten-free. Among the additions the nachos (with chicken instead of chili; several salads, the grilled chicken sandwich; and, the brownie sundae). It was an amazing experience.

We got there about 3pm, but still waited for a table for 8 people. Our server was nice. Gluten free items were marked on the menu, but there weren't many choices besides salad and burgers. I got the volcano nachos and a side of fries because they had a separate fryer. I asked if the chili on the nachos was gluten free, and the server said it was. The nachos were tasty, but huge, and the fries were perfect. Nothing was marked from the kitchen, so I had to confirm with the food runner that my fries were gluten free. Made me nervous, but I didn't have any reactions.

Very fun environment at Pigeon Forge location. Our server was knowledgeable about gluten and we felt very comfortable. Gluten free items marked on menu. Fair variety but seemed like more burgers, fries, salads type place. We usually avoid appetizers because not many options at places, but they had huge table size GF nacho appetizer. My GF daughter loved it! We couldn’t even finish them all! Separate fryer and really liked the fries. Would go back if had the option.
