This was a delicious surprise we found in Rice Village. The staff was wonderful. The manager walked us through the menu and told us everything could be done Gluten Free. They treat all forms of gluten sensitivity as celiac and follow a strict protocol (separate area, new gloves, etc… but not cross contamination sensitive so didn’t ask a ton of questions about the protocol).
They have GF artisan bread, Cibatta and sesame buns that were DELICIOUS (and not Udi’s!). We got the “Not so Fried”
Chicken, Chicken Caprese, and Shroomlicious “Steak” sandwich. All were good but favorites were “Not so Fried” and “Shroomlicious.” Sides were unique and tasty. Refreshing lemonade concoctions. Beautiful patio. Great place for lunch.
They even made us an extra 1/2 sandwich to split as a sample since the samples inside were on gluten bread. Staff went above and beyond.

They have gluten-free options marked on the menu. Good service. You have to be wily as it appears there may be issues with cross-contamination. I got a salad but I think I should have asked for no nuts in the salad. I was slightly glutenated. (Sometimes places get nuts in bulk that have been processed with wheat and I wonder if that's how I got some gluten.)

This is a good option for a fast casual lunch with GF salads and some sandwiches can be made gluten free. I like the pick lady beet and goat cheese salad. My husband got the pesto salad.

They have gluten free options and take precautions to reduce cross-contact for allergies/intolerances. I eat here often and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable with allergies. Delicious options and I have never gotten sick here

The menu is great for gluten free people. They take cross contamination very seriously and they are very knowledgeable about the ingredients. Most things can be made gluten free, but there are some things that can’t be, like the chicken parm dip. I had the gluten free chicken caprese sandwich and I loved it! I saw people saying that the gluten free bread fell apart, but I didn’t have that issue at all. It was a little hard, but I prefer harder bread. I feel super comfortable eating here and I haven’t had a reaction to anything I’ve ordered gluten free there. The only thing I don’t like is the prices. It’s wayyyy over priced, but it’s a California business, so I don’t really mind. Definitely not an everyday sandwich place.
