I ordered a wedgie burger and fries. I asked if the fries were cooked in a shared fryer. She didn't answer specificity but said she could make them gluten-free. She told me she had Celiacs so I took her word for it. Well I started getting sick shortly into my drive home and was sick for two days. Either she didn't tell the kitchen staff to take precautions or they were told and didn't. Either way, I will probably not go back.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
Ask about the meneu for me the head chef came out to talk to me about the menu
Gluten free menu and dedicated frier for fries. Waitress was knowledgeable. Have always had good experiences at a Red Robin’s and this one is no different.

They were excellent in giving me gf options, identifying my meal as "special handling" with a purple flag so it didn't get cross contamination, and allowing me to enjoy a real meal (including fries!) with my family that was not just salad. However, the gf hamburger bun was really dry and tasted stale. Flavor was good, texture just felt like a week old.

Awesome interactive gluten free menu! Shows all options and all substitutes to make it GF!
Great menu on an IPad knowledgable staff of gluten free alternatives. Highly recommended.
Just ask and receive! Their gluten free options are great, Staff is well informed and we've never had an issue! Not ONCE! Thanks Red Robin!!
I used to give them 5 stars but they changed their gluten free buns and now they are hard. 😒 if they change them back I'll return the 5⭐
First few visits went without a hitch. But the last visit I got glutened.

Delicious, soft buns and a knowledgable staff!
The hamburger bun is soft and delicious.
Excellent GF menu and service!
We have eaten here three times in the last six weeks. I'm super sensitive and didn't get sick. The burgers and fries were very good. Please always remember that you need to be specific and PLEASE be your own best advocate with your server. Double check when you order and when you receive your food ....EVERYWHERE.

Even though there were options for gluten-free bread, I wanted fries more than the bread and I didn’t need both. I got the impossible burger and although I would’ve loved another option for a sauce like mayo and cheese, they didn’t have vegan options, but it was delicious and came out with purple sticks to mark celiac safe and I had no reaction! It was all really good!

The staff are consistently well informed about what constitutes a gluten free diet. They mark all items that are gluten free from the kitchen with a purple food stick to let the staff know it's an allergy friendly item and to be careful. The fries are made in a dedicated fryer. Our son loves going here because of the food and the atmosphere. Kid friendly for sure!!

They were so helpful when I spoke to them about my situation. I was able to enjoy a great meal with zero stress. The safe food is delivered with purple sticks and I was so grateful everything was clear. I will be back again for sure.
