They knew what to do. The manager was very present and intentional, as well as the wait staff.

The waitress was knowledgeable about celiac disease and made several recommendations. They do have gluten free buns or you can get a lettuce wrap. Dedicated fryer for the fries.

Once mention of Celiac and the waitress was immediately on top of it. If she didn't know the answer to a question, she went back and asked the cook. They offer a dedicated fryer, and all condiments used for GF patrons are kept separate to avoid cross contamination. One section of the grill is kept GF. My daughter is extremely sensitive to CC but enjoyed her grilled chicken burger and had no reaction.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
The gluten free bacon cheese burger and fries with the poppy honey mustard is always great! When ordering, even though I’m Celiac, I say it’s a very bad gluten “allergy” and they take it very seriously and carefully prepare my food. I have never gotten sick at this establishment. Celiac friendly!

My daughter loved it. It didn't make her sick. She gets sick instantly if she eats gluten
Terrible waited 20 minutes nobody even took our drink order
I have Celiac and I was very impressed by my experience at this Red Robin today. We sat at the bar, and the bartender was extremely nice and knowledgable. I got a simple burger on a gluten free bun with a side of their fries (they have a dedicated GF fryer) and honey mustard. It was great - we will be returning!
Yes
We had stopped going to Red Robin after my daughter and wife's diagnoses. On holiday, we stopped in Medford (wanted to see Crater Lake) and the limited options left us at Red Robin. Prior to celiac, we enjoyed RR often, but never felt that the GF options were worth the price. So we went in, based on reviews here. The "menu" is still ipad-based and difficult to use. The big problem was the staff attitude. We felt that they did not take celiac seriously and treated us as if we were annoying troublemakers (we're not.) Based on this experience, we won't be going back to any Red Robin restaurant.

Come here all the time. Delicious food and staff takes care of you.

My son has Celiac and he eats their Gluten free fries & Cheddar cheese burger with an added chicken breast. We love their food.
Great place to go for anyone that has Celiacs or highly allergic. I almost found it a bit odd that they take better care of their allergy menus than other higher end restaurants. They have a fryer for gluten free fries so they don't get cross contaminated. The staff and managers are great...and take great care in ensuring your meal is safe. It's an easy go to place in Medford and highly recommend it.

This is a staple in our diet. You have to be clear each time about allergies, but they even have special fryers for GF fries, and they make special attention to put **ALLERGY ALERT** on the order slip.
Separate allergen menu, gluten free buns, and a knowledgeable staff. Not sure if dedicated GF facilities, but I have eaten there several times and never had a reaction. One of our favorite GF picks in the Medford area.
We have eaten here three times in the last six weeks. I'm super sensitive and didn't get sick. The burgers and fries were very good. Please always remember that you need to be specific and PLEASE be your own best advocate with your server. Double check when you order and when you receive your food ....EVERYWHERE.

Even though there were options for gluten-free bread, I wanted fries more than the bread and I didn’t need both. I got the impossible burger and although I would’ve loved another option for a sauce like mayo and cheese, they didn’t have vegan options, but it was delicious and came out with purple sticks to mark celiac safe and I had no reaction! It was all really good!

The staff are consistently well informed about what constitutes a gluten free diet. They mark all items that are gluten free from the kitchen with a purple food stick to let the staff know it's an allergy friendly item and to be careful. The fries are made in a dedicated fryer. Our son loves going here because of the food and the atmosphere. Kid friendly for sure!!

They were so helpful when I spoke to them about my situation. I was able to enjoy a great meal with zero stress. The safe food is delivered with purple sticks and I was so grateful everything was clear. I will be back again for sure.
