I love coming to Red Robin! They take allergies very seriously. The server I had made sure to flag my meal as being an allergy. I got the Red Robin Gourmet Cheeseburger and it was so good! They have an interactive allergy menu online and you check what you can’t have and it will tell you exactly what you have to swap out. I made sure to get a gluten free bun and everything else on the burger was gluten free. The burger even came out with an allergy label on it. The fries are also safe because they are made in their own fryer! Never a bad experience here.

First time every going to Red Robin, I was impressed, I ordered a burger with a gluten free bun. They take dietary restrictions really seriously. They had my food made in a gluten free area to avoid cross contamination. I will definitely be coming here again.

Checked the allergen menu before ordering and spoke with the waiter to make sure allergy protocol was taken. Our burgers came out on regular buns but I didn't realize until I was profusely vomiting. The manager blamed it on the "supply chain" leading them to use different ingredients. A celiac shouldn't be served a gluten free bun because of a supply chain issue.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.

They do provide gluten free food but obviously the food is cross contaminated. I got sick twice from this restaurant.

So disappointing we didn't even make it out the door and my daughter had a headache, bloating, and pain in her stomach. She ate there 2 months ago no issue. She said this time the server did things differently than her previous visit. I should have known when I told her my daughter had Celiac and needed to eat allergen friendly food and the waitress looked at me like huh😢
Yes
Red Robin’s are always a safe bet for my celiac daughter. Her meal is always prepared separately and clearly marked with a GF label. Often the manager brings it. My daughter loves the gf fries.

I have gotten sick the last 2 times I've been . first I ordered a drink and they forgot to mention they don't clean the blenders so I got sick, second time I got a burger and I deeply explained I have celiac , they brought my food out and the burger was on a regular bun. so I sent it back and my guess is they just swapped it onto a gluten free one because I got sick anyways. talked to a girl who works there and said they arent as safe and caring as everyone thinks. just be careful!
Delicious gluten free bun for my bacon cheeseburger and safe French fries. Needless to say I inhaled everything!

I was given a dirty spoon with unidentified food on it from a previous customer IN my root beer float. My fiancé got sick from that. I don’t know if it was gluten sick or food poisoning sick. Their bathrooms reek of vomit. There are vomit puddles outside their door. I don’t trust that their food is safe. I won’t be back.

The manager always makes my food separately to avoid cross contamination. The only reason for the loss of the star is because I wish the milk shakes were safe.

They are extremely careful with celiac customers and always delicious.

Red robin is always very careful about their gluten free customers. I just wish their ordering system was easier to flip through.

We have eaten here three times in the last six weeks. I'm super sensitive and didn't get sick. The burgers and fries were very good. Please always remember that you need to be specific and PLEASE be your own best advocate with your server. Double check when you order and when you receive your food ....EVERYWHERE.

Even though there were options for gluten-free bread, I wanted fries more than the bread and I didn’t need both. I got the impossible burger and although I would’ve loved another option for a sauce like mayo and cheese, they didn’t have vegan options, but it was delicious and came out with purple sticks to mark celiac safe and I had no reaction! It was all really good!

The staff are consistently well informed about what constitutes a gluten free diet. They mark all items that are gluten free from the kitchen with a purple food stick to let the staff know it's an allergy friendly item and to be careful. The fries are made in a dedicated fryer. Our son loves going here because of the food and the atmosphere. Kid friendly for sure!!

They were so helpful when I spoke to them about my situation. I was able to enjoy a great meal with zero stress. The safe food is delivered with purple sticks and I was so grateful everything was clear. I will be back again for sure.
