Easy choice for gf needs. Btw if it's labeled G it HAS gluten vs what some may expect that if it's labeled G it's gluten free. I almost ordered focaccia thinking it was gf until my husband pointed out that it was G for has gluten.

My salad with super tasty an amazing.
First person who help me, didn’t quite seem to understand the gluten-free situation.
Second person, understood, better, and explained that the gluten containing items are the very last thing that goes on the salads or bowls in the assembly line. Everything to that point is safe.
Keep an eye on them, though, because they almost toss my salad, with a set of tongs that had only been rinsed and not fully washed.
I recommend that you ask them to skip this step. If I hadn’t been paying attention, that would’ve been super sad.
Overall, food was great, safe, and I enjoyed a fantastic lunch

My daughter with celiac loved the food here and didn’t get sick but it made me a little nervous when the employee asked if she wanted bread with her meal.

I eat here regularly. I feel very safe. Everything with gluten in it is at at the end of the line and easy to avoid. Not worried about cross contamination because they use separate tools for each item on the line.
Very friendly. Very informative. They will wash their hands and change gloves for you as well.

Staff confirmed my meal was GF with another staff member but then asked if I wanted bread when she checked me out. And I was sick afterwards.
No
Informed the server I had a gluten allergy and she changed her gloves before helping me. Everything on the menu that had gluten was marked. Great salad
No
Large menu at top of restaurant labels everything that is gluten free. Lots of great salad options. My girlfriend and I each got a different salad and shared: Harvest Bowl and Guacamole Greens. Both were delicious and this comes from someone who is typically unsatisfied eating a salad.
Yes
The food is yummy and there are lots of options but you must be HYPER-VIGILANT about keeping the bread out of your bowl. I've said no many times and turned to pay only to have bread mashed into my salad. They remake it for you, but it is a pain.
Excellent fresh and healthy food. Love their gluten free avocado greens salad!
Good salads, everything is gf except bread and toasted onions. Tell them you are celiac and they will be careful!

I’ve come here pretty often recently and haven’t been glutened! Most of their menu is gluten free and items that do have gluten are clearly marked with a “G” and can be modified to be gluten free. The only items that contain gluten currently is the side of bread, bread crumb topping, and possibly the fried onions depending on the brand they are currently using. All the glutinous items are at the end of the assembly line so there is a low risk of cross contamination (at least for the things at the beginning of the assembly line). They are very good about glove changes and washing hands. I get the crispy rice bowl mostly but their salmon bowl is also super tasty.

Right near the University of Texas campus and serves delicious bowls! They also have sandwiches but no GF bread. GF things are labeled on the menu. They also note calories and grams of protein. This is a counter service place, no waiter.
