I’ve come here pretty often recently and haven’t been glutened! Most of their menu is gluten free and items that do have gluten are clearly marked with a “G” and can be modified to be gluten free. The only items that contain gluten currently is the side of bread, bread crumb topping, and possibly the fried onions depending on the brand they are currently using. All the glutinous items are at the end of the assembly line so there is a low risk of cross contamination (at least for the things at the beginning of the assembly line). They are very good about glove changes and washing hands. I get the crispy rice bowl mostly but their salmon bowl is also super tasty.

Opted not to eat here. This was my first time tying sweetgreen. The menu lists the “G” symbol signifying an item “contains gluten”. I asked if they could change my gloves before making an item that did not have the “G” (contains gluten) symbol. She said that item does have gluten and then proceeded to list all the items with the “G” and I said oh, but the menu says right there that symbol means it “contains gluten” and then the man next to her said “no it means gluten free”. When I explained again that it says on the menu this symbol is “contains gluten”, they both looked at the menu and were confused by it and I just said no worries and left. All of the it items with the “G” symbol also listed breadcrumbs as an ingredient 🤦🏻♀ so basically they were trying to say the “G” symbol is gluten free when it is actually items that have gluten! Just be aware they don’t understand the labeling of the menu at this location, so I wouldn’t trust them to make the food safely.

Good salads, everything is gf except bread and toasted onions. Tell them you are celiac and they will be careful!

Easy choice for gf needs. Btw if it's labeled G it HAS gluten vs what some may expect that if it's labeled G it's gluten free. I almost ordered focaccia thinking it was gf until my husband pointed out that it was G for has gluten.

Right near the University of Texas campus and serves delicious bowls! They also have sandwiches but no GF bread. GF things are labeled on the menu. They also note calories and grams of protein. This is a counter service place, no waiter.
